The Halliday + Baillie range includes a number of extruded products milled from “architectural grade” Aluminium in New Zealand. All of the drawer extrusion range (HB370, HB375, HB380, HB382, HB385, and HB387) are sold in 2m and 3m lengths only. Please note however that we do supply these lengths 80mm longer than the stated purchase length. The additional amount is to cover any damage to ends from the cutting process and to allow 25-40mm at either end to hold or jig the extrusion for either powder coating or anodising. All of the Halliday + Baillie extrusions are sold as raw milled Aluminium, which can be powder coated after cutting to match ceiling or wall colours or specific anodising finishes on joinery, by your own powder coater or anodiser. We are happy to dispatch to a powder coater or anodiser for you if required, but strongly recommend taking delivery of raw extrusion first, and cutting to length before finishing. Due to the size of our various extrusions, these are held at an off site warehouse. Time for picking and packing needs to be included therefore please allow a lead time of 5-8 working days if the extrusion lengths are in stock. In addition to that, please allow a 2-10 working days for delivery as there are limited options for freighting lengths over 2m, and this does take some time. Freight for the 3m lengths is calculated based on weight and packaging dimensions, and will be quoted separately. If we are currently out of stock a mill run can take 4-5 weeks however we do have regular runs going through.

ORDER PROCESS Once you have confirmed your order, and your deposit payment has cleared the time-line is as follows: 1. Your order is sent to the 3rd party warehouse.2. They will then carefully package extrusion in shipping tubes ready for dispatch in 5-8

working days, if extrusion lengths are in stock.3. Once your order is packaged the Halliday + Baillie team are advised of the weight and

dimensions. This information is then sent to the freight company for a quote.4. Once the shipping quotation is received, an invoice will be sent to you with the freight

included. Once payment is received, it can be booked in for collection by the freight company.

5. Delivery will usually take 2-10 working days depending on the destination. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to arrange collection of extrusion directly from the warehouse in East Tamaki. This needs to be arranged in advance and a delivery docket will be sent to you. This docket MUST be provided for collection. The warehouse will not be able to release stock without the paperwork.
