11.1.3 General Licensing Information Oracle Fusion Talent Management Cloud Service programs can be licensed with the Hosted Fusion Employee metric.

Oracle Fusion Talent Management Cloud Service requires all employees to be licensed and each licensed service must meet a minimum of 1,500 employees.

Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence for Talent Management Cloud Service provides embedded analytics, role-based dashboards, and on-the-fly ad hoc reporting capabilities to make data access and interpretation easier. Users can see updates in real time, and their impact, through embedded analytics.
