• OpenStack Day France, the largest cloud computing conference and community gathering in France

for enterprise customers, is for the second time an official event supported by the OpenStack

Foundation.

• OpenStack Day event is being shared through the OpenStack Global Website.

Open for first applications on May 22nd until June 1st. These applications are priority.

Priority applications close : - If there are too many requests for a given sponsorship level or a given add-on, a random

draw will be made.- Otherwise sponsorship opportunities are granted on a first-come first-served

Continuation of sponsorship applications for remaining slots and remaining add-ons until early October. If you want to apply after the deadline, we can’t ensure all services.

Additional kakemono

Attendees contacts

As described on the page “Sponsoring Opportunities” each sponsor will be

allowed an additional kakemono (provided and printed by OpenStack Day

France).

That Kakemono will be placed by the organizer on dedicated areas, the

precise spot being the result of a draw made by the organizers between all

sponsors.

Following the rules edited by the OpenStack Foundation, OpenStack Day

France is not transmitting the contact informations of the attendees even

to the sponsors of the event. Meanwhile every attendee will be provided

a badge with a QRCode that sponsors will be able to scan to get the

informations of attendees that they have talked to. It is important to note

that attendees can refuse to have their QRCode scanned.

Booth selection In October, OpenStack Day France will send to all registered sponsors the

information for the booth selection, that will be done on a first come, first

served basis determined by the timestamp of the email received by our

email server.

Graphical elements

Payment terms

Providing graphical elements is the responsibility of each sponsor. Graphical

elements must be validated by OpenStack Day France before the 1st of

October. After that date the organization of OpenStack Day France cannot

be responsible if the provided elements are not included.

Invoice will be sent as soon as the order form is signed.

In order to be completed, an order must be paid 60 days after the invoice

is sent.

If the payment deadline is not respected, OpenStack Day France organizer

cannot guarantee that services will be provided to the concerned

sponsors.

Sponsors must have paid all their previous invoices to OpenStack-Fr,

including invoices of OpenStack Day France 2016, in order to be

considered.
