Mr. Marchand has agreed to accept the position for the next three months with a possible extension, should the OAHS require such. The OAHS is going through a transition period as we grieve the loss of our beloved Don McBain, who was the Executive Director since the founding of the OAHS. Justin is familiar with the operations and processes of the organisation and has graciously agreed to assist the OAHS during this transition period.

Justin joined Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services in 2009 and has over 15 years of progressive experience in a broad range of industries including two publicly listed corporations, a large accounting and consulting firm, and a major crown corporation.
