Online shopping is the third most popular Internet activity after searching for information, and e-mail

This is made possible by high credit card usage – 74%

A key enabler is broad band adoption – 66%, helping in a better shopping experience

At another level, 66% of the survey group have entrepreneurial desires, with 78% keen on a part-time business proposition

Final Thoughts A whopping 66% of us wish we could start our own businesses, but don’t due to:

Lack of capital: 23% No time: 19% Need day job: 16% Not thought of business idea: 15% etc.

78% would love to start a part-time business in addition to keeping our day jobs

Close to 50% can devote 1 – 2 hours a day for the part-time job

Businesses on the Internet are the solution for those who wish to focus on their existing careers, but also want to earn part-time income from our online pursuits
