“Grade 10”. 3. Access the PowerPoint file entitled “Electromagnetic Induction” in the Class Notes Section. Click the

file to download it. 4. Study the lesson about EM Induction, read and follow the instructions in the PowerPoint. 5. Answer “This is your Seatwork” Activity. The activity is a 3 – item problem solving. Show your solutions

in a 1 whole sheet of paper. 6. Submit your outputs in either of the following modes:

a. Hard Copy: Place your output in a short envelope. Don’t forget to write your complete name, year and section, and your Homeroom Adviser on your envelope.

b. Soft Copy: Submit all your outputs in my gmail account, [email protected]. Write your complete name and year level in your message, and attach 3 pictures for your solution to the problem (1 per problem) in your email.

2F (Mini Performance Task – Individual) You have learned the concepts of circles when you were in elementary. What is the importance of learning the concepts about circles? To find out more about the applications of circles do any of the following activities: Watch/read the given materials below. Then, make an EDITORIAL CARTOON (on a short bond paper) that generalizes the applications of circles in real life based on the three materials below. Provide a brief explanation.

1) Taken 2 (Loci, Constructions and Bad Maths in Taken 2) - Watch how useful the concepts of circles could be in that situation. You may also take note of the mathematical errors presented in the movie.

Read your book pages 202 – 210 and learn about an ordinary man being rewarded by the Blessed

Virgin Mary because of his simple offering of his talents. Then, do the activity below:

• Explain how the quotation applies in the selection, “Our Lady’s Juggler. “Blessed are the pure in

heart, for they shall see God”. Then answer page 210, Exercise 6 nos. 1 – 6 of your book. In

addition, make this as no. 7, have at least one bible passage that best sums-up the story, and

explain in 2-3 sentences.

There are two other concepts of grammar which are indispensable to clear grammatically correct and effective sentences and this is the use of modifiers and parallelism of words accurately. Descriptions and modifiers enrich dull sentences, through the use of modifiers; you give more information about the subject or verb of a sentence. Research and read more about Dangling Modifiers and Faulty Parallelism, then do the activity:

• Reconstruct the erroneous sentences below by avoiding the use of misplaced and dangling

modifiers. Then, explain how did you correct each error in the sentence.

1. The dealer sold the Cadillac to the buyer with leather seats.

2. Having been fixed the night before, Precy could use the car.

3. The newly married couple saw a fence behind the house made of barbed wire.

4. Walking to the movies, the cloudburst drenched Annabelle, Lee, Edgar, and Allan.

5. Glancing to my left, a fast – flowing stream wound its way through the meadow.

Magandang umaga mga bata! Hindi man maganda ang ating pansamantalang pagkakahiwalay

subalit ito ay hindi kailanman magiging hadlang para tayo ay matuto. Sana gamitin natin ang

pagkakataong ito upang matuto tayo kasama ang ating buong pamilya.

Sa nakaraang linggo ay pinag-usapan natin ang mga Karapatang Pantao na napapaloob sa ating

Katipunan ng mga Karapatan ayon sa ating Saligang Batas, at napag-usapan din natin ang tungkol

sa mga Karapatan ng Kababaihan pati na rin ang inyong mga karapatan bilang bata. Huwag din

nating kalimutan ang mga Karapatan ng mga Indigenous Peoples (IPs).

Kung susuriin nating mabuti ang ating lipunan sa kasalukuyan, makikita natin na ang mga paglabag

at mga pang-aabuso sa mga Karapatang Pantao.

Para mapalalim pa natin ang ating pagka-unawa sa nasabing paksa ay gawin ang sumusunod:

1) Basahin ang Aralin 9: Multiculturalism at Diskriminasyon sa pahina 183 – 194.

2) Panoorin ang pelikula na may pamagat “The Hate You Give” at gumawa ng isang repleksiyon

sa nasabing pelikula. Kung maari ay iugnay ito sa konteksto ng ating lipunan. Isulat ang

inyong repleksyon sa kalahating bondpaper.

3) Sagutin ang Tiyakin A - F na nasa pahina 188 – 190 sa isang buong papel.

Mapapansin ninyo na ang bawat Pilipino ay may tinatamasang karapatang pantao pero dapat ding

maunawaan na ang lahat ng ito ay may kaakibat na responsibilidad na dapat gampanan. Kaugnay

nito, kayo ay inaatasang gumawa ng isang sanaysay na nagpapakita ng inyong saloobin sa

hakbang ng ating pamahalaan pati na rin ng mga mamamayan ukol sa COVID 19.

can react or respond to it. Internet memes is defined as a movement, catchphrase, idea, or medium that is

spread from one person through the Internet.

Activity:

1. Search the Internet for some ideas and examples of "memes."

2. Look for an image that comes from local pop culture like television shows, commercials, etc.

3. Save the image and open the picture using an image manipulating software. (No using of Meme

Generator found in the Internet).

4. Think of a funny caption of that meme.

5. Make sure that the caption are relatable, funny, and most importantly, inoffensive.

6. Upload your meme to our Private Facebook Group.

Activity 1

Research on the different local products that are made from paper maché. State and how they started in our country. Write you answer in a short size bond paper

PROJECT # 1

ROSE BOWL (Pulp Method)

Things You’ll Need

1. Bowl for a mold 6. PVA adhesive 2. Petroleum jelly 7. Clear Polyurethane varnish 3. 4 cups of mixed paper pulp (refer to the procedure in making pulp mache) 4. Fine sandpaper 5. Acrylic paints

Procedure:

1. Grease the inside of the bowl with petroleum jelly. 2. Press an even layer of pulp, 1/4 in (6mm) thick, to the inside of the bowl.

Begin at the bottom of the bowl and work up the sides. Leave it to dry. 3. If cracks appear after drying, fill them with more pulp and smooth out the

surface. Leave it to dry again. 4. Twist the pulp bowl gently to remove it from the mold. 5. If there are uneven places on the edges, fill out with paper pulp. Leave it to

dry. 6. Rub the edges of the bowl with sand paper for a smooth finish. 7. Paint the bowl inside and out in a plain color or in a deceive pattern, such as

the simple rose design. 8. Give the finished bowl 2 coats of diluted PVA adhesive or 4-5 coats of

polyurethane varnish. Leave each coat to dry before applying the next.
