    1 Getting Started with Your Digital Signage Network

    Here is the information you need to get started with creating and managing a digital signage network using theONELAN Digital Signage Manager (DSM).

    A Digital signage network is simply a set of systems connected together to provide integrated management ofnumerous display screens. The purpose of the DSM is to provide you with the means to set up, monitor, and control sucha network.

    Before you begin using the DSM, you should familiarise yourself with its key concepts and understand how to performsome common tasks. To help with this, you will find the following orientation material useful:

    The Parts of a DSM Network Explains the concepts of the DSM network and illustrates its constituent parts.

    Managing and Monitoring Describes how you use DSM to structure your network and ensure its smoothoperation.

    What to Do First Takes you step-by-step through the tasks you need to take to set up your network.
