Within the Mind of a Millionaire

A Horse Named “Bill” A former race horse, named Bill, is a six year-old thoroughbred now enjoying the quiet life. His colors are Bay (brown body, black mane and tail.) Kylie is an 8th grader at Winston Churchill School in the Middle School International Baccalaureate Program. She is the oldest daughter of Michael and Cindy Green. Kylie loves hanging out with her friends, competitive volleyball and “Bill.” Kylie leases “Bill” from a barn which is literally on Folsom Lake. The trial leading from the property is on the levy overlooking beautiful Folsom Lake. Leasing Bill has allowed Kylie to be able to ride and feel as if she owns a horse without all the costs associated with actually purchasing and the upkeep that all horse owners are familiar with. Kylie and Bill do arena work with some jumping and have ridden the trails that ring Folsom Lake with the owner of the barn and other Saturday morning regular riders. Bill loves getting out on the trail and does well with all the stimulation that one might encounter. Whenever I come to get Bill out of his stall he comes to the door, I put my hand on his head and he moves his head up and down so I will pet him. His favorite activity is jumping: he thinks he can jump higher than I am allowing him to. “ Ironically, at the end of a long ride Bill hates being bathed but he LOVES swimming in Folsom Lake…especially when he is dragging his rider with him…saddle and all! . Bill is a Sweetheart! Kylie.”

Dream Building and Goal Setting…Continued from October IssueWhat are your hot buttons?

If money was not an issue and the price of gas was not a concern, if someone else cleans your home, you could travel first class to any destination you desire in the world wearing clothes that made you feel and look good, how would you answer the following questions? In other words do not hold back, you need to treat these questions below as if you have an endless supply of cash to do all the things you truly desire. If you didn’t have a job or could retire today, what would you do with your time? How would you spend your day?If money were no object what car would you be driving? What do you dream about, what would you like to accomplish in your life?Who would you like spending time with?Who would you take with you on vacations?Where would you like to travel?Philanthropy is good for the soul. What organizations or causes are important to you?Who would you like to help financially? To help kick start your dreams we have created a poster of some of “the finer things in life” with a place to put yourself on it to help you visualizing a dream lifestyle for you and your family. Now that you have some dreams and goals in front of you it’s a start. Keep adding to the list. In order to help you accomplish more and overcome any obstacles we need to work on you. In life there is a saying “when your dreams and goals hold a greater priority than the obstacles that come your way, you will overcome the obstacles and achieve your dreams and goals.” In order for this to happen we need to identify the things that have held you back and focus on the things that will allow you to accomplish your goals.

CA Exempt The 2010 mid-term elections will be remembered as the landslide where Republicans picked up 60+ seats in the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives. Throw in 5-6 Senate seats picked up and over 10 Governorships and the message was clear to the nation that the people have had enough of the Obama agenda and the direction the country was headed in ….with the exception of California. Democrats won every main office from the Governor down to the Insurance Commissioner as well as a ballot provision that allows the passing of a State Budget by a simple majority instead of the 2/3 previously needed giving Republicans almost no say in the legislature on the runaway spending that has inflicted our state. With our state over $20B in debt already, the sky’s the limit. Increased social spending (if that was possible) and tax increases on the already over-taxed citizens are coming and there is little we can do to stop it. To add insult to injury, our out-going Governor is calling a special session of the legislature in December to deal with a $6B shortfall in the $126B budget they just passed. With the bailout-mania the Federal Government has taken on the past 3 years, it’s only a matter of time before they start bailing out states with federal money. The problem is that the “Golden” State has already borrowed $8.6B from the Fed’s to pay for Unemployment Insurance and continues borrowing at a rate of $40M per day. Unemployment in the state is 3rd in the country at 12.4% behind only Michigan at 13% and Nevada at 14.4%. At what point will the voters in this state stop the bleeding? With tax-paying citizens and companies fleeing the state, it had better be soon….

3 Web Apps for Automating (Boring) Biz Processes We’re always on the lookout for tools that can help automate business processes—especially boring ones! Nobody likes busywork—and the good news is that today, there are a lot of great software products that can help you automate many repetitive tasks. Here are three hot web apps that can help you do this – all are designed with the small business in mind. Basecamp—Simple Project Management

My classic mental picture of project management software involves an overly complex Gantt chart—I shudder just thinking about it! But why do you need a Gantt chart, anyway? We’re not building bridges here—we’re just trying to get a handle on our collaborative work, and find an easy way to stay synced up with each other.

At Chrometa, we use Basecamp to manage our projects—it’s a beautifully simple project management app that only does what you ask of it, and nothing more. If you’re managing really complex projects, it may be too lightweight—but for most small businesses, it’s perfect, because lightweight is exactly what we need.Freshbooks—Online Invoicing, Time & Billing The most important part of running a business is getting paid—FreshBooks helps you do this, while looking slick and professional. If you’re looking for a dead simple time, billing, and invoicing solution, FreshBooks may be a great fit. If the thought of invoicing makes you cringe, FreshBooks can do a lot of this busywork for you—while making hand generated invoices a thing of the past.inDinero—Financial and Accounting Planning As you probably know, most business accounting software is a nightmare to learn—so much so, that many business owners don’t even want to bother. But if you’ve given up on financial planning software before, you should check out one of the hottest new products on the market, inDinero. inDinero helps you automatically monitor your company’s finances, from a simple and easy-to-read web interface. It connects automatically with your bank, credit card, and financial accounts, so that your transactions are downloaded and computed for you – with no effort required.

How To Get a Job, That is If You Want One

You’re a college graduate, you have it all figured out, and you can’t wait to get the job of you’re dreams. But now we are starting out our lives with an absurd accumulation of college and credit card debt. And the worst part is finding a dream job, it’s nearly impossible. But don’t fear, not all hope is lost. There is a way to earn money, but it is not going to be easy, and there is no doubt these are hard times. Sometimes when you give people a reason to be lazy they can use “hard times” as an excuse. Let me give you an example of this. I have two jobs right now no where in my field of study. And while working 75 hours a week, I still only make about $30,000 a year. In the past year I have worked two jobs, and have never quit. However I have seen over 10 people voluntarily quit. And at both jobs right now, we are hiring! So from what I have seen and heard as a young adult, it seems as though many newly graduated college students have not recognized the importance of having a job. If we want a job these days we cannot be picky. We must be willing to work hard and not complain. I see too many of my friends refusing to get a job, or keep one because it is not in their field or they are not getting paid enough for the work they do. We cannot complain about the struggle, if we are not willing to endure it. I have seen too many friends stay on unemployment because they have told me they will not work without a large figure offered. So if we are not willing to get a job or cannot get one, we should be doing something, like charity work or helping out our community for starters. We need to be helping each other as much as possible; we are the fate of our cities. This is America, we have to create our own opportunity and maybe it isn’t fair but it is our time to work hard. So look for a job, places are hiring, and yes you have to work a blue collar job. When you go to a place of hire, ask for a manager, do a follow up call, and keep trying back. When you go for an interview don’t come in casual, dress in work attire. When you get a job complaining isn’t the answer. Take care of your job, be on time, and work hard. I have faith that we can do this, and yes you can get a job, that is if you want one. By Azeen (Az) Kazemi (send any responses to [email protected]) FURNITURE REFINISH & REPAIRREDLINE RESTORATION

“It’s Not as Important Who You Know, as it is…Very

Important Who Knows You.” If you’re in any kind of business you want people to know what business you’re in. You want customers/clients to know how to contact you. People get busy and forget what business you’re in, they get busy with life, as I’m sure you do too. The customer/client doesn’t always remember that they may need your services or product. Or they may be at a loss as to which business to call. If you’re constantly exposing who you are and what you and your business does, people will know you. Here’s a simple example: There are many insurance agents and real estate agents. Wouldn’t you prefer to call an active agent that you see exposed in the local paper? You do want to see someone that’s constantly sharing the news they’re here to help you, they are available. With business you’re in competition, and sometimes with people in your own company. If you’re in a retail business you have competition too. People need to see that you’re interested in being available for them. Target marketing does work. We have clients that have advertised for over (8) eight years. They know that the consistent exposure to a target audience brings recognition that they’re still in business and are easy to contact. This builds credibility for their business too. You can contact the Gold River Community Newspaper and ONE Community eNewspaper at (916) 224-6624, or email at: [email protected]

The Art of Christmas Shopping According to the Wall Street journal, women spend a minimum of twenty hours shopping for Christmas gifts. Men spend two. Okay, that’s a slight exaggeration but we all know who the head of household is when it comes to shopping. When my children were toddlers and my gift budget was even smaller than my pint sized kids, December loomed as the month I would spend hours driving from mall to mall. Evenings were spent at Toys R Us, Target, and Kmart, comparing the price of “must have” items on each child’s list. Inevitably the one item my kids had decreed was the item that Santa must deliver was the one that sold out before Halloween to those efficient Mommies who were on the prowl long before I began composing my shopping list. As my children grew older, my life as a corporate executive grew more hectic. Their gift items were purchased at whatever airport I happened to be flying in and out of. I spent a lot of time in the Pacific Northwest so it’s a good thing my kids like salmon. Trips to the southwest would inevitably result in cowboy hats, spurs, and beef jerky (a big hit in our house). Des Moines brought a collection of stuffed pigs and piggy banks. You really can’t go wrong with a plump pink pig for any occasion. Now that I work out of the house and have time to spare, my kids are adults and their wish list goes something like this: My daughter, the reader, has requested an on-line gift card from Amazon which will be delivered via email. My son, who works in the corporate world, suggested he would be perfectly happy with a direct transfer into his bank account. Now what am I going to do with all of the wrapping paper I bought last year for fifty percent off? Looks like I’m off to Petco. My kitty will be thrilled with the opportunity to unwrap any gift-wrapped parcels. Happy holidays to all from Cindy, and Zoey from the Bronx.

Ready for Tax TimeQuestions: Are there tax credits for my business this year? Response: I am neither a tax specialist nor attorney and cannot guide you on your specific situation. Start with the information below and seek expert help as needed.

Small Business Health Care Tax Credit: If you employ 1 to 24 full time employees, pay average annual wages of less than $50,000, and pay at least half of the cost of health care coverage for some of your workers, you are probably eligible for the credit. According to the IRS website, the credit is worth up to 35% of the cost. (Example, if you employ 2 workers full time and one part time, and pay salaries of $30,000, $25,000 and $10,000 respectively, and pay 50% of the health care costs for your two full time employees, you probably qualify). http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=223666,00.html or go to irs.gov and type in small business health care tax credit.Tax credits for hiring a new employee: There is a federal tax credit for new workers hired and retained for 52 weeks as well as a break from paying Social Security taxes on a new employee who was unemployed at the time of hire. Information on this program should be available from your local IRS taxpayer assistance center. Go to the web site (http://www.irs.gov) , type in taxpayer assistance center then click find my local office on the left hand side. Also, California Franchise Tax Board has a variety of tax credits but they are not easy to decipher. Contact them directly by email (do not send sensitive information) for best results. http://www.ftb.ca.gov/emailapps/ftbemail.asp then click on send an email (located near the bottom of the page.

Newbie Exploring Community Farmer’s Markets

“Newbie” or “noob” are described as slang terms for newcomer or novice. That’s me – I have just relocated to Gold River from Santa Rosa, California. It really is exciting to look forward to exploring my new community. But where do I start? Living in Sonoma County was all about the food and wine. That really suited me and gave me great pleasure for the last ten years – so my plan is to discover the local scene to uncover the local products, the best places to buy certain items and what will reveal itself that makes this area special.

My first venture was to look up Farmer’s markets on the internet and found out we had one right down Sunrise on Saturday mornings. By the way what is NOT located on Sunrise? The market was extensive with great looking produce and good prices. Lots of choices with my special find being the best Asian pear I have ever had. This fruit always surprises me and not always so pleased. The owner/rancher from Placerville would not tell me its name as it was top secret – he had grafted the tree ten years earlier and this is his top producing fruit. It was juicy, great flesh and I returned later to purchase some more. The market is certified as a genuine location for farmer’s to bring their products directly to the consumer and there are some booths that are organic.

The second Farmer’s market located on Fair Oaks Blvd. & San Juan was much smaller. Snow White was giving out candy (day before Halloween) and once again very fresh and appealing produce. One stand represented a Persian market that was housed in the tiny shopping mall. The young man at the stand recommended Chia Seeds as a wonderful tea and great for all that ails you. That was a first, I thought“ChiChiChia”, seeds were only a very irritating commercial on TV at Christmas time. I did pick up a bottle of Sima’s Pomegranate Vinaigrette – a very local product from right here in Rancho Cordova. It is delicious on grilled chicken and great on fruit salad. It is so much easier than picking out pomegranate seeds. I’m thinking of adding it to my turkey brine. This market has closed for the season.

I am truly looking forward to exploring “our” area and learning the foodie secrets. My next adventure is for a seafood market. Any recommendations? Alona can be emailed at [email protected].

Investment Real Estate Group

Learn and Take Action This is not a hobby! You will have results equal to the amount of effort you put into your Real Estate investing strategies. Reading a book on the subject isn’t enough! Taking a class or two won’t do it either! How ready is the carpenter who has read one do-it-yourself book? Or the doctor who has taken a single class on biology? To be successful at Real Estate you need to put forth a constant effort – don’t just read that one book. Read it and then go do what it says – go knock on doors, call For Sale By Owner ads (or build a birdhouse if you’re the carpenter!) The reason most beginner investors read so many books and accumulate so many classes is because sitting in a seat is easy – having someone tell you what to do with no risk of embarrassment or mistakes on your part is as easy as it gets. However, here’s the secret - from one of my favorite investors; “To be successful in real estate, you need to have equal parts education and experience.” That means you need to go out and be rejected by that FSBO owner, learn to talk to people, get a feel for negotiation. Try this little exercise; Find out what about Real Estate scares you the most, and do it until it’s comfortable. Then find the next Scary part of investment and repeat!

Estate Tax Update: What to Do? The Republican success in the recent elections makes some kind of estate tax reform prior to year end more likely in my opinion. If nothing is done before December 31, the estate tax comes back at an exemption of $1,000,000 per person, and I think the lame duck Democratic Congress will want to shape the new law rather than allow it to be shaped in part by the new Republican controlled House. Likely the exemption for 2011 and beyond will be set at around $3,500,000 per person, which means that we should be able to protect from estate tax combined estates of $7,000,000. More than most of us have to worry about, so the estate tax is likely to play a much smaller role in most people’s estate planning than in the past. Those of you with existing trust estate plans should monitor what happens after the first of the year and proceed accordingly. If I’m right about the eventual result, planning for most of us will be easier. We’ll see what the new Congressional stew brings forth.

We’ve all been brought up with the idea that every spring we should clean our homes from end to end and freshen up for our health. This might have come from the idea that in spring, things are fresh and new and cleaning the home will renew your feelings about yourself.

1. Improve Your Health Without Diets Or Pills

Pollens, mold, and mildew spores are dumped into the air at incred-ible intensity. Pollutants from car exhaust, burning fields, and cigarette smoke were also dumped into the stagnant air. All this gunk drifted into your home and when you closed the house up, where do you suppose it’s been ever since? It got trapped in your home. Thanks to today’s air tight, energy efficient homes, your family and guests have been breathing that recycled air-garbage. 2. Your Home Is Your Personal Breeding Ground For Invisible Crit-ters And Varmints In addition to the air-garbage from outside, you have uncontrolled vermin inside. Too tiny to see, dust mites live in your carpet, upholstery, bedding and drapes by the millions. By now their dead bodies and dung are in your house by the billions. They live off your dead skin as do billions of bacteria in your home, including those that cause staph and strep infections. Ever wonder why so many people get strep as soon as it cools off outside? Now you know. Plus, fleas brought into your house last summer don’t die off like they do outside when it freezes. Bacteria and germs have been breeding in the warm fibers of your carpet.

3. Does Your Bedroom Smell Like A Gerbil? Here’s Why…

Besides being Harmful to our health, all the germs, bacteria and crit-ters that live off dead skin from us and our pets, stink. They eat skin and along with other excretions, put out tainted methane gas which smells bad. 4. Heavy Soil From Outside Sifts Deep Into Your Carpet Never To Be Seen Again Until the winter rains have washed the sand soil from the roads and sidewalks, heavy soils from outside are tracked onto your carpet, wiggle down deeper than your vacuum can reach and stay there, grinding your carpet down into worthless fibers. You’ll find them in your vacuum bag.

Choosing a company can be treacherous. I’ll tell you up front that my service is not for everybody, but here are some reasons to choose me: If all you want is a cheap, brush-the-dirt-off-the-sur-face cleaning, lots of companies can help you. Choose us when you want deep, thorough cleaning. We’ll give you the fluffiest, freshest, healthiest, longest lasting, clean carpets possible . . .

Cleaning now, will get rid of sandy soils before they do lots of damage or get too deep.

5. Finally – Someone Who Can Remove Those Ugly Black Lines By The Walls, or Crevice of Steps I’ve had new clients call us to evaluate some embarrassing black lines where the carpet meets the wall and at the edges of steps and jagged lines under curtains. They told me no carpet cleaner could get them out and in some cases they had tried up to five different firms. But the black remained. I inspected these lines and found the cause to be an air filtration problem. With extra effort and knowledge on our part, the ugly black lines can be removed. I told the client this and they were apprehensive. I also told them if it didn’t come clean as I described, they would not have to pay us. How’s that for confidence? Yes, we cleaned the ugly black lines. Yes, our clients were happy. 6. Do-It-Yourself Folks Get What They Paid For… …Nothing The problems I have described here can’t be fixed very

well with any home remedy. Sure you can dust and do the basic cleaning just fine. But drapes, fine rugs and upholstery often cannot be safely cleaned except by a professional. Let’s face it. If those puny little cleaning systems could even come close to the effectiveness of a trained professional using a $55,000.00 steam cleaning system, no one would pay the money for them. But There’s Still One Thing You Should Know . . .

Green Energy By Geof Lambert

Touring One of the World’s Most Energy-Efficient Buildings (Opinion) In early September, I had the opportunity to tour the federal government’s first net-zero building — meaning a building that can generate as much energy as it consumes. The building, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s (NREL) Research Support Facility, recently opened its doors on NREL’s Golden, Colo., campus. Buildings, it turns out, are among the leading sources of greenhouse gas emissions. In large cities, buildings easily surpass cars as the biggest polluters. NREL’s new facility was designed to show that with a combination of energy-first thinking and modern materials, buildings don’t need to be so environmentally detrimental. What struck me most as I explored the facility was the fact that nothing used to create the building is beyond the reach of anyone looking to build or retrofit a structure. As I learned during my visit, the facility was built with energy as the top priority, not architecture. This is the converse of the norm — where a building is designed based on aesthetics, and energy efficiency is often an afterthought. Think of all the tract homes that have spread throughout every city and town. If builders gave more thought to a home’s position relative to the sun, and to how ground and rainwater flow through the yard, the amount of resources wasted on cooling and landscaping could be dramatically reduced. Energy efficiency, to a large extent, is far less about technology than it is about thoughtfulness. With that in mind, about the time you read this there may be a large class of incoming state CIOs who will have a number of complicated technology projects and problems to deal with. Undoubtedly some will try to eke out a few more dollars from next year’s budget to procure still more technology to support the technology their predecessors deployed. But I’d argue that maybe a thought process similar to that which built the Research Support Facility may help make these transitions easier. Maybe more technology isn’t the answer, but rather a thoughtful assessment of available resources might make continuing existing projects less dollar-intensive. To that point, Features Editor Andy Opsahl has delivered in this issue a compelling story about the ongoing dispute between agencies and vendors over maintenance fees. Like the NREL, many agencies are forced to choose between third-party assistance or locally sourced solutions. There are advantages and disadvantages to both strategies. But it certainly wouldn’t be a bad idea when building enterprise IT to think carefully about how technology is positioned relative to the external factors that will affect it.

If You Love Your Children Let Them Struggle

By Azeen Kazemi

All living things must change in their life terms. As young adolescents we go through some of our most dramatic changes. What happens when we are told to change instead of doing it on our own? As a teen I never understood the value of keeping a clean house until I lived on my own. My apartment became so messy that dirty clothes cluttered the ground, I had no clean laundry, and the kitchen began to smell. When it had become completely unlivable, I went through a cleaning spree. I had finally changed, but it was only when I was ready. We can compare changing on our own in one of natures most spectacular phenomenon; the metamorphosis of the caterpillar into a butterfly or moth. Although we cannot see the change, a lot is happening inside the cocoon. It will digest itself completely and create a whole new body, using its old cells. In some species it can take up to several months before pupa has fully morphed and is ready for the world outside its cocoon. It is only the pupa that will know when it is ready to come out. It will secrete a liquid to soften the shell and will push its way out of the cocoon. The delicate wings must open on their own and at their own time. If the cocoon is forced open, before it is ready, its death is definitive. Nature must take its course for change through self-struggle, it is imperative for the survival of all living things. To be a well-adapted adult we must struggle for ourselves for that change to happen. I can attest to my growth from the challenges I have faced, but it took my own pile up of dirty laundry to break through to adulthood. So parents, although we want to break through our children’s cocoon for them, it will only hold them back in the long run.

Games & Gamers

Kinect By the look of sales so far it appears Microsoft might have their first big hit on their hands. Seems like everybody is saying plenty of good things about the controller-free gaming and entertainment experience they are calling Kinect for Xbox 360, or simply Kinect. Kinect runs off of motion and audio signals so players of various Kinect supported games don’t need controllers of any sort to play the games. You are the controller when playing with Kinect. A special infrared camera watches your motion and uses that as input to control the games. Special games requiring Kinect with be available, and other older games will be revised to sync up with Kinect. Considering Microsoft is going to spend close to a half a billion dollars to promote and launch Kinect it is quite likely that a lot of people will become familiar with this accessory to Xbox 360. Time will tell if it becomes another hit in the family of Microsoft or if it falls into obscurity like Zune and Vista. Odds are this one is a hit for Microsoft.

Successful Thinkers By Darren Bocksnick

Sowing the Seeds of Success Speaking of seed-planting when it’s actually the time of harvest seems almost counter-productive. The fiery reds and golden browns reflective of autumn’s splendor should remind us of season’s end and the time to reap the benefits of planting and labor from the earlier part of the year. The abundance enjoyed from such a well-deserved harvest is much like the conqueror enjoying the spoils of victory. He or she would find it easy to relax and ease up now that the arduous labor has come to an end. Yet, every conqueror and every planter knows that enjoying the spoils of harvest may be well-deserved and long overdue, but it must not deter them from moving forward and preparing for the next season. The wise planner knows that he or she must immediately set in motion those things that will ensure another successful harvest in the days and years to come. In this respect, the end-of-year harvest party is really a pre-season planning session for the spring-time months of planting and sowing. The success of the upcoming year’s harvest is made possible by the preparation and planning that goes into the spring-time planning. In other words, the full success of the planter and conqueror’s toils cannot be realized without the planning and sowing of seeds early on when the season is just right. The above analogy is also true of our success in business and beyond. We cannot expect to enjoy the benefits of well-deserved success-harvest in our lives without firstly putting forth the time, effort and planning during the sowing months, prior to harvest. We’ve all heard of the “pay-it-forward” concept of giving one’s time, resources and energy into a worthwhile endeavor without the promise of pay, but only the hope for a payout, someday. The pay-it-forward concept is really, sowing seeds of success into your life and others’ that someday will produce a harvest. You may not know when the harvest will come or how plentiful it will be but rest assured, the level of planning and planting one puts forth into the sowing, will determine the rate, quality and quantity of the harvest in due time. So, go forth and sow those seeds of success into your life, your loved ones, your community and into your vision for one day soon, your harvest will come and it will be plenty!

Political Observation

Jerry Brown Needs To Look At Small Businesses To Grow The State

Now that Californians have elected Jerry Brown for another term as Governor, it will be interesting to see who he will appoint to the over 2,000 positions he is authorized to fill. With many former appointees from 30 years ago resurfacing to help win the governorship for their old boss, will he reappoint them? Or, will he appoint a younger team? What will be the gender and ethnic makeup of his appointments?

These are key questions because it will set the tone of his administration for the next four years. It will also give Californians a clue as to whether or not he will be capable of pulling the state out of this economic mess. Moreover, it will tell us just how beholden he is toward the public employees unions, which helped him win the election.

California is in a very fragile stage economically and during his campaign, Brown failed to meet with small business organizations and virtually omitted their inclusion during the debates. As a result, numerous small business owners across the state have been discussing the concept of coalescing to ensure their interests are met. But, even with a strong coalition, small business needs may not be met if Brown’s appointments to key departments and posts, which regulate influence this key component of the state, are not sympathetic.

Jerry Brown has his work cut out for him and if he follows the campaign promises he made to address the state’s economic issues, there will be many cuts and leaner budgets. This action is fine if we could balance the state budget on the backs of the elderly and the needy. But, to create jobs, he will need to invest on the greatest employer of the state, small business.
