Receiving of Packages:

HCC will receive up to 5 packages on behalf of the client no sooner than 3 days prior to the client’s event at no charge. Additional boxes will be received at a charge of $5.00 per box.

HCC will receive pallet shipments at a charge of $50.00 per pallet.

Vendors attending functions at HCC may ship packages to HCC at a charge of $5.00 per box, due and payable to the cashier in the Business Office no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the event. Payments accepted in the form of cash, company check or major credit card.
