If you are looking to party then let us be the hosts, start with cocktails in our Atrium Champagne Bar before dinner and afterwards the disco awaits. At the end of the night we take care of all the cleaning up while your carriages take you home.

Love live music? Then our band nights are for you. You’re greeted with an arrival drink then enjoy a three course meal in our Grand Ballroom, with a live band and disco until late.

For a more personal atmosphere, book our Kenwood Suite for your party for family, friends or colleagues. It’s an easy choice for the office party with a delicious three course dinner to start the evening and on to your own disco to end the night. Minimum booking of 40 people.

Kick off the new year in style – if you didn’t want to see in the new year by staying up late, then come and celebrate with a New Year’s Day lunch. Our restaurants have stunning views across the hotel’s extensive grounds and we will be serving a spectacular three course carvery lunch. If you are bringing the family, under fives go free.

You could always blow away the cobwebs after lunch with a round of golf on our championship course.

2. We regret that deposits are non-refundable, should your party decrease in numbers, all payments (including deposits) made cannot be offered against any other services.

3. Final payment is due 28 days before the event and once paid no refunds can be considered.

4. If the hotel has to cancel due to force majeure, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability. If the hotel has to amalgamate events to ensure appropriate numbers we reserve the right to do so and guests will not be entitled to a refund, if the ticket

price is of the same value or more. The hotel also has the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. The cost of any additional services, charged by pre-arrangement, must be paid for prior to departure from the hotel – this includes a wine pre-order.

6. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.

7. For all bookings taken after 1st December 2012, full payment is required at the of time of booking.
