Sure we kick-off with best-practice training, but more importantly, we also sit down with your team to help define and align their first OKRs with real potential to shift the needle.

Weeks 4, 8 and 11 – OKR Reviews+grading

OKR is not just about a kick-off workshop. We’ll provide you with all the tools you need to succeed and be back on site for 3 reviews, making sure your first OKR cycle delivers shockingly beneficial results.

Weeks 12/13 – All Hands Workshop

No work without harvest – our training concept integrates the Build-Measure-Learn approach. At the end of each OKR cycle, we share our achievements and celebrate our fails, so that , everyone can craft and align their next OKRs based on the same information.

24/7 Personal and online support

Training OKR without coaching its implementation is in our opinion like selling a motorbike without a helmet.

Our Progress Coaches remain on hand throughout the quarter to offer advice, whilst our 24/7 online tools mean that help is never far away.
