Roles and Responsibilities – OGP and Client
Establishes Frameworks across eight categories of spend
Uses extensive knowledge of public procurement regime to provide professional procurement services to clients for Mini-Competitions under Frameworks, including;
• Advice on requirements/specifications to ensure
market ready;
• Advice on tailoring award criteria;
• Commercial acumen to achieve value for money;
• Advice on risk identification and management
strategies;
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation
for client approval;
• Acts as independent chairperson for qualitative
evaluation panels to support compliance and
• Administration of the procurement process from
initiation to completion
