A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM OF WORKS FOR THE PROPOSED REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT ZONE 7 LGU-BARANGAY BULA, THIS CITY (BY ADMIN.) IN THE AMOUNT OF PHPSO,OOO.OO OF WHICH FUND SHALL BE CHARGED AGAINST THE 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT (BDF) OF THIS LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU).

WHEREAS, presented for consideration before this chamber is the plans, specifications, as well as the individual program of works for the Proposed repair and rehabilitation ofDay Care Center at Zone 7 LGU-Barangay Bula, this city in the amount ofPhp50,000.00 to be implemented this Fiscal Year 2013;

WHEREAS, this infrastructure project has been funded under the 200/o Barangay Development Fund (BDF) of this LGU;

WHEREAS, upon review and evaluation of the committee concern, the herein plan, specification, as well as the individual program of works conforms with the proposal by this chamber and the stakeholders of this project and do follows as to the existing government engineering standards insofar as government infrastructure project is concern;

WHEREAS, this chamber hereby recommend for its approval and likewise implementation of the said infrastructure project;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ladislao G. Gavilo, Jr., Barangay Councilor and Chairperson, Committee on Public Works, Infrastructure and Buildings, this Barangay jointly seconded by all of the members present, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved "APPROVING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM OF WORKS FOR THE PROPOSED REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF DAY CARE CENTER AT WNE 7 LGU-BARANGAY BULA, TIDS CITY <BY ADMIN.) IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP50,000.00 OF WHICH FUND SHALL BE CHARGED AGAINST THE 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT (BDF) OF THIS LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU)."

RESOLVED FURTHER to submit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, this city and other line agencies of the government both local and national for their ready reference, perusal and documentation.

RESOLVED FINALLY that this resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
