What is OM?

• Students are grouped together in teams and together they solve problems.

• The way the team solves their problems is judged against other teams solving the same problem

Made up TWO PARTS

• Spend many months creating a solution to their LONG TERM PROBLEM 250 points

• Also solve a SPONTANEOUS PROBLEM 100 points

Spontaneous

• 5 to 30 minute Brain Teasers solved as a team• NO preparation other than practice: always a

unique surprise
