There’s lots of fun and exciting activities for all abilities. The programme runs from Monday 24 October to friday 28 October.

How to Book

To book your place you first need to fill in a booking form. You can get a booking form in three ways:

• download it from www.brent.gov.uk/holidayactivities (all of Brent’s libraries have free internet access)

• pick one up from Bridge Park community Leisure centre• phone Sports and Parks Service on 020 8937 3707 and ask for one to be posted

to you

The easiest way to pay is by booking over the phone – you won’t need to leave the house or pay for postage. Just call Bridge Park community Leisure centre on020 8937 3730 (open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm and Sundays 8am – 8pm).

If paying over the phone, remember to take your completed booking form with you to the session. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Please make sure you have your card details ready to hand when you call.

You can also pay in person at the centre or post your booking form, send it with your payment (cheques made payable to London Borough of Brent and please ensure that the cheque guarantee number is written on the back of the cheque) to Bridge Park community Leisure centre, Brentfield, Harrow road, London, nW10 0rG.

things to remember:• All necessary equipment is provided by the Sports and Parks Service• You must wear suitable clothing and footwear for the activity – this includes

a water proof jacket for any outdoor sessions• No refreshments or food will be provided, so please remember to bring your

own non fizzy drinks and a packed lunch/snacks if required• Parents/carers should inform the Sports and Parks Service if their child is

unable to attend a booked session.• all sessions are led by experienced and qualified coaches and instructors and

unless stated otherwise, are open to boys and girls of all ages and abilities• Please remember to take your receipt (if provided) with you to

the activities you have paid for• Please refer to the website for the terms
