Ensuring TCU remains in compliance with the NCAA legislation is everyone’s responsibility. Part of this requires all individuals that are aware of or suspect a violation of NCAA legislation may have occurred to report the occurrence to the TCU Compliance Office. There are several methods to report a potential violation:

Stop by the Compliance Office and speak with a staff member;

Call the Compliance Office at 817-257-7525;

Email a Compliance Staff member, the Director of Athletics, or the Faculty Athletics Representative;

Send an anonymous email via the Compliance section of www.gofrogs.com Once a potential violation has been reported, the Compliance Office staff investigates whether a violation actually occurred by au-diting records and discussing the situation with individuals that may have been involved. An individual who reports a potential viola-tion will remain confidential during the investigation. All members of the TCU community aware of potential violations are required to report them to the Compliance Office under the NCAA’s ethical conduct legislation. Knowingly failing to report violations can result in employees being relieved of their duties and in students being charged with violations of student conduct.
