Immediately after killing they undergoour special processing and emerge encased in a scientificallydesigned Cryovac bag, deeply frozen and ready for despatchin a non-returnable cardboard box.

For convenience birds are classified in 2 lb. weightgroups - i.e. 8-10 Ibs., 10-12Ibs., 12-14Ibs., 14-16 Ibs., etc.All orders are despatched to the nearest weight group requested.
