OOS requested OCRM's concurrence on this action on December II, 1991 in a previous notice in the State Register which further described the content of the action. Pursuant to the State CMP and Article 42 of the Executive Law, the amendments to the City of Tonawanda LWRP were adopted by the City on November 19, 1991 and approved by the New York State Secretary of State on December 27, 1993.
