Red Comm handles brand communication development through advertising and graphic design in various media, both traditional media and digital media. Red Comm handle brands from both local and multinationals.
I was responsible to design diverse advertising assignments including creation of a printed ad for a multinational bank, design of various web interface, and artwork for the digial campaign of a multinational brand.

Cyrus is a political bureau managing politic parties to gain more exposure. I create the whole visual identity for a newspaper called Satu Jakarta. It was a campaign media for Joko Widodo to win the governor election in 2012. I had to create an appealing iconic layout and visual languages that represents PDI (the party of Joko Widodo) and Joko Widodo himself.
I was responsible to complete diverse editorial design assignments including creation of infographics and illustration for multiple headlines.
I was responsible to produce a high-quality photos from photographers to be put on several magazines at Kompas Gramedia. I spend most of my time fi xing digital images and manipulating photos. this tasks include of pixel-level editing and compositing, airbrushing a model’s face or body, enhancing or diminishing color quality, and adding or deleting objects from an image.

I directed the creative process for a magazine called BUMD Review. It is a new magazine which talks about local government companies in every regions of Indonesia.
I was responsible to supervise the quality of diverse editorial design elements including the creation of infographics, the layouting and illustration by the illustrators and the graphic designers.

Mandani Bay is a massive mixed use development in Mandaue City, The Phillipines. Since it located in a coastal area, the concern are to use materials that can stand corotion due to the saltyness air in the area. We prefer using wood as the dominant material for the signage. Wood was also chosen due to the architectural facade in this development are dominantly made by wood.By choosing wood as the main material, i hope the beauty will always last.

The Novotel project at PIK is a hotel which the interior is highly influenced by an Italian architect named Carlo Scarpa.The use of integrated and disintegrated quatrilineal shape is commonly seen on his architectural works. So I alignthe signage design concept with theconcept of the interior design.

Lippo is one of the most well known building developer in the region. In 2015 they need a standardization design for their office signage in all of their office building in the region.The design has to be neutral since it will be placed on different buildings with different interior and architectural design. The Idea is to use one pattern that can be adapted to many signage needs and also applied to different cases. The pattern was developed from the Infinite logo of Lippo. Shown below isthe deconstruction of the logo.

Suara Mahasiswa or mostly known as SUMA is a journalistic club at UniversitasIndonesia. It became a forum for students who want to engage in journalism and publishing. I was appointed to direct the magazine layout and the creative looks of it. I rebrands and redesign the whole layout. It was a big success. The magazine annualy won several awards as the best Student Press Magazine since then.

Back to 2013, i was fascinated with digital imagingand how the photographer retouch the photos. I then applied as a freelance junior Digital Imagingin Kompas Gramedia and meet Mr Mancil Harsoyoand learn a lot of digital imaging from him. What good lighting and composition is.
