Non-Load Bearing Walls
What is CONFORM ? Patented Concrete Forming Technology
(CFT)
Components interconnect together to createa finished concrete wall
Rigid polymer components thatserve as concrete formwork for:– load bearing walls– non-load bearing walls– shear walls– retaining walls – foundation walls

The CONFORM Advantage
Integrated building technology
Solid concrete technology -“Built tough - built to last!”
Easy to design using our CFD (Conform Design) tool bars for AutoCAD
Unparalleled finishing flexibility
Fast-track construction
IntegratedBuilding
Technology The CF8i wall assembly has a minimum effective R-value of 22 (RSI 3.82) in cold climates
Maintenance-free walls that will not leak or rot, is resistant to UV degradation and to mold/mildew growth
Effective deterrent to termites and other pests
Since CONFORM is an integrated building system, it incorporates the insulation/air/vapor barrier within the wall envelope
The only solution that is:
Corrosion Resistant
Durable
Easy to Clean
Requires Minimal Maintenance
Constructs Quickly

Every Building is custom made in our factory
All components are pre-cut and labeled for easy on site assembly or can be pre-assembled in 8’ sections for easy erection
Less skilled labor required on site
Cleaner overall work site
Occupy your building sooner
Design ofCONFORM Walls
CONFORM Walls can designed using the following methods:
“Stay-in-place” formwork designed in accordance with ACI 318, Building Code Requirements for Reinforced Concrete (USA)
Design of Concrete Structures (Canada)
Concrete Specifications
Minimum 20 MPa (3000 psi) – 28 day compressive strength – non freeze/thaw zones
Minimum 25 MPa (3500 psi) – 28 day compressive strength in freeze/thaw zones
Maximum 10 mm ( 3/8") aggregate (p-gravel)
Minimum 115 mm (4 ½") slump
Aggregate does not segregate due to inner webs of wall components

Specialized Toolbar – CFD for AutoCAD
Can quickly draw a layout and automatically generate a 3-D isometric view and elevations
Can easily incorporate openings for doors and windows and/or any special fabrications that may be required
Information from the layout can be exported to a secondary software program to generate a parts list and cost information
