More and more applications are requiring wire-to-board connectors that are sub-miniature in size and at the same time offer many of the attributes of connectors larger in size.

The NSH Series wire-to-board connectors are on a 1.0mm (.039”) pitch, molded in a 94V-0 PBT, SMT compatible, polarized and have a secure positive locking feature including an audible click and tactile feedback, when mated. The series has an operating temperature range of -25 C to +85 C including temperature rise when applying an electrical current. The series is offered in 2~15 circuit sizes. All part numbers are RoHS compliant.

NSH SINGLE ROWcrimp style wire-to-board connector series

The NSH single row, crimp style, wire-to-board connector series housings are available in 2 ~ 15 circuits. They are molded in a 94V-0, RoHS compliant, PBT plastic. The series is rated at 1.0 amp AC/DC using a 28 AWG wire, has a rating of 50 volts AC/DC and operates in a temperature range of -25 degrees centigrade to +85 degrees centigrade.

The NSH single row, crimp style, wire-to-board contacts will accommodate a wire range of 32 to 28 AWG . Contacts are tin plated phosphor bronze providing for a very reliable contact interface and cost effective solution. This same contact is also used in other series – SHL & GH.

NSH SINGLE ROW HEADERS

Molded of RoHS compliant, 94V-0 Polyamide, surface mount headers are available in either

top (vertical) mount or side (right angle) mount. Header contacts are tin plated copper alloy and reinforcements (for additional mechanical strength) are tin plated brass. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment. The top entry headers have Mylar tape across the top for vacuum pick-n-place equipment and is identified with the suffix –TBT.

THE NSH SERIES IS ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING FREINDLY

Applicators are available for semi-automatic and fully automatic termination equipment normally found in the manufacturing environment as well as standard hand tools and contact extraction tooling (insertion tooling is not required for the NSH series contacts. Standard reels (30,000 pieces) for the NSH series for semi-automatic and fully automatic assembly equipment are available for manufacturing.
