Dear Vendor / Artisan,
Thank you for your interest in THE BODACIOUS BAZAAR show
held in Hampton, Virginia the second full weekend in November.
Initially we would like to jury your booth with photos, or a brochure
of your product line to make certain that you would fit into the show
format and that your participation would be both fun and a profitable
experience. We strive to make this show a marketplace for unusual and
upscale gifts, decorative accessories, gourmet foods, fine art and upscale
crafts and we look for exhibitors that compliment this mission.

Vendor Booths:
Booths include 8ft pipe/drape, 8x2ft. Skirted table, 2 chairs & electrical (110)
• 10x10 Booth..... $560.00
• 15 X 10 deep ………$700.00
• 2- 10 X 10 back-to-back………………………$1120.00
• DOUBLE END CAP BOOTH 20 X 10 ……$1230.00
• DOUBLE BOOTH BACK TO BACK
(This gets you exposure down two aisles)
Larger booths may be available on request
Extra: tables, chairs, and electrical over 110, secured Wi-Fi, are available at a fee.

2018 FALL SHOW Hampton Roads Convention Center
Hampton, Va. THE BODACIOUS BAZAAR show is a juried event (unless otherwise stated). In order to apply to this
show, please send photographs, or brochures of the inventory you will be selling along with a photo of
your booth. This will be kept on file to make future show applications easier for you. After the jury
reviews your line, we will contact you by email regarding your acceptance. If you are accepted, a
contract for THE BODACIOUS BAZAAR show will be sent to you, if not your deposit and photos will
be returned. In order to reserve a space for the show you must return this application signed along with a
deposit for $200.00 that is nonrefundable upon acceptance in the show. We will NOT hold any booths for
you until these two items are received. Please comply with all the due dates in accordance with our show.

If you have been in our previous shows and have not changed your inventory you do not need to send
photos. However, if you have added or changed, you must send photos and list this on your application.
