Gone are the days of working through a number of different grits to achieve a smooth surface finish with abrasives that all look the same!

Cyclonic® is the new and unique “all-in-one” sanding system from Norton, which is colour-coded by application, for quick and easy product selection in the bodyshop.

The sanding range, consisting of discs, rolls and accessories, has been specifically engineered using Norton Cyclonic technology and a soft foam backing for finer grits. This advancement in design ensures that each sanding stage gives the best finish for the next step; minimising sanding time, increasing productivity, and giving an overall perfect surface finish prior to painting.

A superior cut and longer life than conventional grain, ceramics are sharper, cut cooler and wear more evenly, providing consistent sanding results and a more uniform scratch pattern on paint, primer, clear coat, aluminium and composites.

The new anti-clogging No-fil® formula combined with A975 sandpaper allows the disc to work for longer.

Thanks to new laser cutting technology, holes are cut into the disc, not punched. This precise cutting technique means discs are flatter, dust extraction is better and the abrasive surface area is increased for a more consistent scratch pattern and improved surface finish throughout the life of the disc.
