Recommendations It’s necessary to form a clear structure for the

governing bodies of the Northern Dimension, as well as providing them with regular meetings, sessions, summits, etc.

There should be continuous formation of precise goals and objectives for specific program times. Action plans

It’s necessary to determine the precise mechanisms for financing priority projects of the Northern Dimension. Nowadays one of the main sources may be a European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument.
