1. Payments made by cheque / postal orders and must be sent with your entry form(s).2. Paypal payments must be made before sending entry forms see instructions below.3. Payments to enter on the day of the competition will not be accepted unless otherwise stated. 4. Please write the name and date of the competition and the dancers name(s) on the back of the

cheque / postal order. One cheque or postal order per competition, more than one dancers entry forms and fees can be paid with the same cheque or postal order but only for the same competition.

5. All cheque and postal order payments must be made out to the S.O.H.D.A unless other wise stated.

6. All parents / Guardians if you can help with stewarding the competition on the day please add your name to the section on the entry form.

7. You must be a paid up SOHDA dancer member in order to enter the members dance. You must enter your members number on the entry form, membership numbers will be checked.

8. Overseas Dancers are more than welcome and may enter on the day.
