OFFICIAL RULESNOKIA U.S. PHONE TRIVIA SWEEPSTAKES

THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY ANDSHALL BE CONTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOTENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIMEOF ENTRY.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER ORWIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Nokia U.S. PhoneTrivia Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the Districtof Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors ofthe Nokia, Inc. (Sponsor), Tic Toc, Inc., their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies,advertising, promotion, or production agencies and Web masters/suppliers (and their respective IRSdependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are noteligible to participate or win. The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws andregulations. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements in any manner itdeems appropriate. By participating, participants agree to these Official Rules, which are final andbinding in all respects. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 6:00:00 a.m. EDT on August 26, 2011 and ends at11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 1, 2011 as described in Rule #4 (Promotion Period).

3. PROMOTION REGISTRATION: Become a Nokia follower of the Nokia US Twitter feed on Twitterat http://twitter.com/nokiaus to participate. To sign up for a free Twitter account, follow the onscreeninstructions to register for a free Twitter account athttp://twitter.com. You will be asked to provide yourfirst and last name and email address and to set up a user name and password. You may also beasked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for theSweepstakes. Participating is subject to Twitter Terms of Use, available at http://twitter.com/tos.

YOU MUST REGISTER BY THE ABOVE REGISTRATION METHOD TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS

PROMOTION. TWITTER REGISTRATION ALONE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A TWEET BACK ORENTRY (AS DEFINED IN RULE #4) IN THIS PROMOTION.

4. TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will post a trivia question. To enter, replyto the Tweet with the answer to the trivia question. Each Tweet Back containing the correct responseto the trivia question will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an Entry). Each Tweet Backmust include #NokiaUSTrivia to be valid. Each Tweet Back must be at least one (1) character in lengthand must be in English or in numerals (e.g. 1, 23, etc.). Limit one (1) Tweet Back per person/emailaddress/Twitter account for each Initiating Tweet for the Promotion Period. Only the first Tweet Backfrom a particular participant will be eligible, subsequent Tweet Backs from the same participant for thesame Initiating Tweet will be void. All Entries must be received by Sponsor after the Initiating Tweetand before the end of the contest period as defined above in order to be eligible. Entries will be

deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account that the Entry is submitted fromat the time of entry. Potential winners may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that thepotential winners are the authorized account holders of the Twitter accounts associated with thewinning Entries and/or an eligible entrant. All Entries submitted become the sole property of theSponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. TWEET BACK GUIDELINES: Entries must contain the correct answer to the trivia questionand the #NokiaUSTrivia hashtag to be valid. Tweet Backs may not be obscene or indecent; cannotbe sexually explicit or suggestive, profane or pornographic, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of anyethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs,

tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafeor dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; cannot be offensive, endorse any form ofhate or hate group; cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or itsproducts or services, or other people, products or companies; cannot communicate messages orimages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;may not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; may not in any other way violateany applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations or the Twitter.com Terms of Service; may not

contain any reference to any third party trademarks, names or third party logos or any copyrightedcomponents; and cannot contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personalnames, e-mail addresses or street addresses. Tweet Backs not in compliance with the Tweet BackGuidelines may be disqualified.

ENTRIES POSTED TO THE WEBSITE WERE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND ARE THEVIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OFSPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitutea general waiver of any obligation to entrants. By submitting an Entry, you agree that your submissionis gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, thatSponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Tweet Back on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you.

You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your submission, Sponsor does not waive any rights to usesimilar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained fromsources other than you. Sponsor reserves the right to, and may or may not, monitor/screen Entries.By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Entry you submit. 6. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held onor about September 5, 2011, from among all eligible Tweet Backs sent in compliance with these rules,by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to thisPromotion. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted, butSponsor reserves the

right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

7. PRIZE/ODDS: Grand Prize (1):One (1) Nokia E6 mobile phone. Approximate Retail Value(ARV): $400.00. No mobile phone service will be provided. All costs and expenses associatedwith prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner.Participants understand that phone models may only operate on certain carrier networks, which mayor may not be compatible with participants existing network, if any. Requests for phones compatiblewith a winners existing network cannot be accommodated. Any difference between stated ARV andactual value of prize will not be awarded. Winner must accept prize as stated, or prize may beforfeited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Tweet Backs received in compliance withthese rules. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for anyother fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part,

are used. Limit one (1) prize per person/address/household. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: As a condition of entering, participants agree (a) that Sponsor, itsparent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of theirrespective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are released, will have noliability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries,losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part,directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in thisPromotion or any Promotion-related activities; (b) under no circumstances will participant be permittedto obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental,

consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes ofaction arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolvedindividually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, andaward shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.Except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permissionto Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness,voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity

and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafterdiscovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be contacted by Twitter Direct Message to thepotential winners Twitter ID as recorded in the potential winners Twitter account to obtain mailingaddress and/or phone number. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in participant's Twitteraccount, email, mailing address and/or telephone number.Prize winner may be required to complete,sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Releasewithin seven (7) days of receipt of notification. Prize won by an eligible minor will be awarded to aparent or legal guardian who must sign all required documents. If documents are not returned timely,or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligibleor otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, illegible,late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, or non-delivered Initiating Tweets, Tweet Backs, Entries, mailor email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP),Website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failedcomputer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled,corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software ortelephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whetherhuman, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry or otherinformation or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor its agenciesare responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or byany equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; and assume no

responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation ortransmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tamperingwith or hacking of the Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify anyindividual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of Promotion or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person.Potential winners may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is theauthorized account holder of the Twitter account associated with the winning Entry and/or an eligibleentrant. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other personscomputer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or copyingmaterials from or use of Website. If, for any reason, Promotion, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is notcapable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering,hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion

of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of thisPromotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspendPromotion, and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect Tweet Backs/Entriesreceived prior to action taken. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.

11. GOVERNING LAW: By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning theconstruction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants rights andobligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall begoverned by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York, without giving effect toany choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction and

venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Westchester County, New York.

12. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, hand print your name and complete address on a3x5 card and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to: Nokia U.S. Phone Trivia Sweepstakes, 4228N. Central Expressway, Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75206. Requests must be received by September 9,2011.
