39:4-85.1 Designation of one-way traffic. wrongway The commissioner with respect to highwaysunder his jurisdiction may by regulation, and localand county authorities with respect to highwaysunder their jurisdiction may by ordinance orresolution designate any such highway or anyseparate roadway of such highway for one-waytraffic and shall erect appropriate signs giving noticethereon.

Upon a highway or roadway properly designated andsigned for one-way traffic, a vehicle shall be drivenonly in the direction designated.
