» Effortlessly meditate deeper than a Zen monk. Dramatically accelerating the meditation process! (You don’t

do meditation - SoundWave® Meditation is Doing You!) √

» Create profound positive changes in your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. (Makings of

unconscious/conscious are systematic purging’s of the unresourceful life’s patterns, and thus the Awareness

increases which leads toward gradual and accumulative changes that positively affect every aspect of your life)

» Increase your mind-power. (Stimulating your brain with SoundWave® Neurotechnology helps create new neural

pathways between the right and the left hemispheres of your brain, balancing your brain and leading it to a high-

performance state scientists call “whole brain functioning”

» Dramatically raise your threshold for stress! (Deep meditation cleanses and de-stresses your nervous

system by removing the emotional debris of past experiences leading it into ever more efficient states of functioning. As unconscious stress leaves your nervous

system, your emotional threshold, quantum leaps into ever higher equilibriums)

» Significantly lower your stress levels and harmful chemicals ( Cortisol, DEOCO.. ) while simultaneously

increasing beneficial chemicals related to your wellbeing and quality of life (Melatonin, Serotonin..)

» Dramatically improve your learning ability, memory intuition, creativity, your ability to focus, concentrate and

think more clearly (Brain scans of only "8 weeks long meditation practice" shows us the increased gray matter in

the hippocampus, an area important for learning and memory, reduction of gray matter in the amygdala, a region connected to anxiety and stress and increase in neurons in

the frontal lobes, region devoted for concentration, awareness and self-control.)

Meditation means Awareness. Whatever you do with awareness you have choice about and that itself is a meditation. "Watching your breath" is meditation; listening the Silence is meditation. When the mind is free from distractions and focuses on one thing that is meditation.

The word meditation is derived from two Latin words: meditari (to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). It’s Sanskrit derivation 'medha' means Wisdom.

Many years ago meditation was considered something just not meant for modern busy people, (we just don’t spend our time practicing the art of meditation) but now it is becoming more and more popular as the positive reviews from scientific journals are piling up continually. For millennia Shamans and Yogis and Meditators throughout the world and from all diverse kinds of cultures were doing the healings and consciousness transformation work through some type or use of ritualistic forms, methods or tools. Shamanic rituals, Yoga schools, and Meditation Schools were all used as methods for personality change, personal growth and healing.

Yoga for example was originally a natural process of introversions. Such introversions that would lead to a characteristic inner processes of personality changes! In the course of several thousand years these introversions became gradually organized as methods or the paths, schools of yoga.

Meditation itself is a process of great introversions and self-reflection with the same outcome as one of the yoga paths; to transform consciousness. Shamanic methods have aided

“Mindfulness meditation practice changes the brain”!

Mindfulness meditation alters regions of the brain associated with memory, awareness of self, and compassion, according to a brain imaging study by researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. Other studies have found differences in the brains of experienced meditators compared with non-meditators, but this is the first investigation to document brain changes occurring over time in people learning how to meditate mindfully. Results were published in Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging (Jan. 30, 2011).

Mindfulness meditation is the practice of paying attention to what you're experiencing from moment to moment without drifting into thoughts about the past or concerns about the future and without analyzing (or making judgments about) what is going on around you. It's not a new idea. Religious texts have extolled mindfulness for centuries, and it's central to Buddhism and other contemplative traditions.

Since the early 1980s, mindfulness meditation has increasingly found a place in mainstream health care and medicine because of evidence that it's good for emotional and physical health — for example, helping to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, psoriasis, headache, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Some studies suggest that it can improve immune function. And research has found an association between mindfulness meditation–induced improvements in psychological well-being and increased activity of telomerase, an enzyme important to the long-term health of cells. With advances in neuroimaging, scientists have begun to explore the brain mechanisms that may underlie these benefits. (...continued on the next page...)

“If I had not been already been meditating, I would certainly have had to start. I've treated my own depression for

many years with exercise and meditation, and I've found that to be a tremendous

help.” - Judy Collins

people in healing troublesome emotions, were a catalyst of sorts for shadow integration and still are a tool for consciousness transformation ultimately. All paths have the same outcome.

Traditional meditation is a good form of spiritual practice that you can use daily to combat stress, to come more fully into this state of ‘now awareness’, to gain insights into your personality patterns or for mere enjoyment. Though great as it is the Traditional Meditative practice is often slow process of learning this Art because most people just can’t actually meditate very deep on their own right away in such a way that they actually find enjoyment and make a habit of it. Many people like the idea of meditation but also feel they don’t have enough time.

Meditation requires an investment of time, but clearing the mind makes the rest of the day more productive. Nothing is better than the feeling of inner peace. What’s the point of being tremendously busy but unable to enjoy it? Luckily the SoundWave® Neurotechnology makes the ride worthwhile and the milestones of the learning curve easier to achieve and generally it’s a pleasure when you see yourself gradually flower so spectacularly. Meditation is similar to learning other skills like how to ride a bike or play the piano. The more you do it more rewards you reap so the more you do it the more you’ll change (for the better) and seeing all this emotional and psychological change in yourself will motivate you to do your daily meditation practice. Self-reinforcing habit hopefully becomes an effortless effort.

Gladwell’s 10,000-hour Rule says that if you are kinda-sorta “good enough”, if you put in 10,000 total lifetime hours practicing and DOING something, you WILL be “World-class”.

The study. Researchers recruited 16 participants from the eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School's Center for Mindfulness. The participants attended weekly 2.5-hour group meetings in which they practiced mindfulness meditation and were given audio recordings of guided meditation exercises and told to practice daily at home. Before the start of the program and after its completion, researchers took MRI images of the meditators' brains as well as the brains of 17 non-meditators, who served as a control group.

The results. On average, the meditators spent about one half-hour a day meditating during the eight-week course. Questionnaire responses indicated that at the end of the eight weeks, they felt more capable of acting with awareness, observing, and remaining nonjudgmental. The MRI images showed that the meditators (but not the controls) had increased concentrations of gray matter (the "computing" or processing neurons) in several brain areas, including the hippocampus (a deep brain structure important for learning, memory, and the regulation of emotions) and other regions associated with remembering the past and imagining the future, as well as with introspection, empathy, and the ability to acknowledge the viewpoints of others. The authors suggested that these changes may be beneficial because of their impact on the synthesis of neurotransmitters (particularly serotonin and norepinephrine) that influence mood. In an earlier study of the same participants, the researchers had found that meditation practice reduced the concentration of gray matter in the amygdala, a region associated with fear, anxiety, and stress — and that this reduction was correlated with lower stress levels.

“The whole point of authentic contemplation is simply to accelerate the growth, development, or evolution from the

subconscious to the self-conscious to the superconscious dimensions of your own Being. Meditation speeds up

evolution". - Ken Wilber

It doesn’t matter if it’s playing the violin or doing real estate deals, or doing yoga or meditation, the 10,000 Rule is working for you! Ten thousand hours is equivalent to roughly three hours a day, or 20 hours a week, of practice over 10 years… It seems that it takes the brain this long to assimilate all that it needs to know to achieve “true mastery”. It doesn’t matter what your objectives are, whether it’s reaching the Mastery or accelerative personal growth, or maturation of your character, consider it all within your reach.

» Science behind the SoundWave® NeuroTechnology Program.

The SoundWave® Meditation program works by having embedded powerful audio tones (Binaural Beats) taking you into the deeper alpha, theta and delta brainwave patterns. Binaural beats are auditory Brainstem responses which originate in the superior olivary nucleus of each hemisphere. They result from the interaction of two different auditory impulses, originating in opposite ears.

The Brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the loudness and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject’s ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves as the brain follows the audio stimulus, a phenomenon called frequency following response (FFR) and entrains the brainwaves to specific frequency rhythms reportedly reducing stress and anxiety while promoting meditation self-reflection and a general sense of wellbeing. An example, let’s say you listen to a sound with a frequency of 100 Hz in the left ear and another sound with the frequency of 110 Hz in the right ear. The resulting entrainment will be 10 Hz peaceful Alpha Brainwave state.

Our brain waves are rhythmically pulsating and oscillating at particular frequencies that can be measured, just like sound waves, in cycles per second, called Hertz. There are four 'basic' brainwave patterns in the EEG nomenclature.

Your brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of electrical activity in the brain, which can be detected using sensitive medical equipment (such as an EEG), measuring electricity levels over areas of the scalp. The combination of electrical activity of the brain is commonly called a Brainwave pattern, because of its cyclic, 'wave-like' nature. Our mind regulates its activities by means of electric waves which are registered in the brain, emitting tiny electrochemical impulses of varied frequencies, which can be registered by an electroencephalogram. These four ‘basic’ brainwaves are known as:

Beta (14-30 Hz) Concentration, arousal, alertness, cognition. Higher levels associated with anxiety, unease, feelings of separation, fight or flight

Alpha (8-13.9 Hz) Relaxation, super learning, relaxed focus, light trance, increased serotonin production. Pre-sleep, pre-waking drowsiness, meditation.

Theta (4-7.9 Hz) Dreaming sleep (REM) increased production of catecholamine’s (vital for learning and memory) increased creativity. Integrative, emotional experiences, potential change in behavior, increased retention of learned material. Trance, deep meditation, access to unconscious mind.

Delta (.1-3.9 Hz) Dreamless sleep. Human growth hormone released. Deep trance like, non-physical state, loss of body awareness. Access to unconscious and "collective unconscious" mind.

Remember that the most powerful part of these soundtracks is the SoundWave® meditation audio neurotechnology, taking you into deeper alpha, theta and delta brainwave patterns. This causes brain to become elastic in all the frequency ranges changing the number and the shape of the dendrites and the synapses in your brain, the order and the sequence of the neurons that were firing off. Your brain adapts to this stimulation by creating new neural pathways between two hemispheres of our brain and they tend to synchronize, meaning that neurons at the both sides of the brain were firing together at the same time causing brains to work in tandem, in concert as a whole and not in usual cycles (lateralization) of 90-120 min where one side is domineering over the personality then it switches to other side. SoundWave® program reverses this laterality by creating the ‘bi-logic’ function style, when neurons are firing together they are wiring together, which means that over time this creates cross hemispheric communication permanent (you start to ‘think in stereo’) or what scientists call ‘Whole Brain Functioning’.

The Psychophysiological Principle, states:

Any experience that you have, you have only while you are having a specific brain wave pattern. If

your brainwave patterns change, then your experiences will change.

Page 8: Nino Roso - Evolutionary Growth Through SoundWave Meditations

In addition to synchrony, there is now evidence that whole-brain symmetry (i.e. the relative balance of EEG activity between the right and left hemisphere) is an important key to peak brain functioning.

The truth is that two brains are better than one.

EEG studies of meditators clearly demonstrated that peak states were characterized by increased synchrony and symmetry between the hemispheres. Neuroscientist Jerre Levy, of the University of Chicago, a leading authority in the field of hemispheric lateralization research, believes that, "Normal brains are built to be challenged. They operate at optimal levels only when cognitive processing requirements are of sufficient complexity to activate both hemispheres. Great men and women of history did not merely have superior intellectual capacities within each hemisphere. They had phenomenal levels of emotional commitments, motivation, attentional capacity--all of which reflected the highly integrated brain in action."

With SoundWave® Meditation Program we use levels or gradations, milestones. The reason there are levels is because brain has to gradually adapt to the stimulus we are providing it and it’s doing that by re-organizing itself, meaning creating a neural structure that can handle the stimulus it previously couldn’t handle. A metaphor is one of lifting weights or running each day, you’ll notice that your bodily makeup is challenged with exercise but over times it adapts to it and reorganizes itself so that it CAN handle what was previously challenging, at this point you realize that the weights or the running routine is not as challenging anymore and you decide to increase the challenge again by going an extra mile or lifting more weight.

Same things happen when we challenge our brains with SoundWave® technology, they get into ‘better shape’ and become more neuro plastic, adaptive, optimized. This alpha, theta, delta daily exposure while you are awake helps create more neurons in the frontal lobes devoted for Awareness. You end up being more and more conscious of “how you do your life” so that the things doesn’t serve you simply fall away on their own. People have no idea what it is like to be more aware and you can be more aware by gradually growing your brain through higher amplitudes that are induced by lower carriers which SoundWave® Meditation Program provides.

“…moving through that critical point where Alpha is superseded by Theta are a result of brain wave

synchrony. William Beckwith observes that "The production of synchronized, coherent

electromagnetic energy by the human brain at a given frequency leads to a 'laser-like' condition

increasing the amplitude and strength of the brain waves." He notes that "as clients learn to

increase their alpha amplitude and produce theta waves without losing consciousness, a critical point is

reached when theta amplitude begins to exceed alpha amplitude. Cross-lateral brainwave

synchronization also increases, creating a more coherent system. At this point, there are profound

alterations in client mood and behavior," including "the seemingly miraculous resolution of complex

psychological problems. . . . There is a sudden re-ordering of the entire personality in ways that cannot be readily explained by other models."

The stronger the brainwaves the stronger the synchrony therefore the balance and access to peak states of functioning which reflect highly integrated brain in action. Peace and wellbeing are but side effects of brains that are working in deep partnership. If your goal with this technology is to grow as much as you can than it would be wise to start on your path and don’t deviate.

Why listen gradually. Why not start at the end and finish sooner?

Delayed gratification is a sign of maturity, psychologically speaking and same applies to this technology. You can skip and start at the end but your brain wouldn’t catch up. By going slowly and steadily your brain gradually changes and this gives it time to recuperate and integrate new changes and so every deeper change is built on the previous ones.

You can start more aggressively for example but you may find yourself too overwhelmed, what is colloquially called “it’s driving me crazy” so should you follow the instructions no bad experiences will happen and your journey will be one of deep happiness, inner peace and gratifying change. Do I need special Headphones?

For a first few levels of the program any headphones will work, however if your decision is to grow psychologically, spiritually and emotionally through this technology then you’ll need to upgrade to headphones that will be up to this purpose.

Binaural beats are such technology that you can use higher frequency sounds to entrain brainwaves to very low frequencies you cannot even hear by your own. SoundWave® will take you as low as humanly possible but you’ll need headphones that will be able to produce low sounds. The lowest tones we use go down to 6Hz. So from level 7 headphones with the specification of (6 hz – “doesn’t matter”) will suffice.

But aren’t humans capable of hearing only from 20 Hz – 20,000 Hz? ( 6 Hz makes no sense !?)

“Habits form, when brainwaves slow down”.

When a group of neurons fire simultaneously, the activity appears as a brainwave. Different brainwave-frequencies are linked to different tasks in the brain.

To track how brainwaves change during learning, Ann Graybiel and Mark Howe at the Massachusetts Institute of

Technology used electrodes to analyze brainwaves in the ventromedial striatum of rats while they were taught to navigate a maze.

As rats were learning the task their brain activity showed bursts of fast gamma waves. Once the rats mastered the task, their brainwaves slowed to almost a quarter of their initial frequency, becoming beta waves. Graybiel’s team suspects this transition reflects when learning becomes habit.

Graybiel says the slower brainwaves may be the brain weeding out excess activity to refine behavior. She suggests it might be possible to boost the rate at which you learn a skill by enhancing such slower Brain-wave activity!

From Journal reference: Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, DOI: 10.1073/pnas.1113158108 *** Our brainwave entrainment technology creates those slower states of consciousness which are conducive for inner work and self reflection. Extremely deep meditation is an easy way to completely empty the mind from past conditionings like traumas, beliefs and pain.

Our SoundWave® Meditation Product will stir up some unconscious stuff from time to time and it is absolutely necessary to allow this purging process to happen in order to experience new sense of wellbeing and inner peace as well as healing of old stuff. In the process your brain chemistry will be fixed and the neuro-endocrine system issues as well.

“Chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken.”

How do we hear?

Sound waves enter our ear and strike our ear drum (the tympanic membrane) and this vibrates our ear bones in the middle ear. These vibrations are transmitted to the fluid of the inner ear. In turn, this fluid vibrates the hair cells that line the inner ear. These hair cells are connected by neurons to the auditory nerve. The auditory nerve carries the signal to our brain where the sound is translated into information. The volume of the sound is determined by the number of hair cells stimulated and the pitch is determined by the distribution pattern of stimulated cells.

Physicists measure frequency in units called hertz (Hz) and call a thousand hertz one kilohertz' (kHz). Most physics textbooks say we can hear airborne vibrations that occur between 20 and 20,000 times a second (20 – 20 kHz). But in truth, this is a gross simplification. Hearing varies from person to person, with countless factors influencing the range of frequencies that any one of us can detect. Your age and genetic makeup play a part ó so do many other variables, such as the time you've punished your ears in foundries or heavy metal concerts and the amount of wax in your ears. How do we hear sounds lower than 20 Hz? (How do we hear Infrasounds?)

Infrasound -- low carrier frequencies such as used by SoundWave® -- lies at the extreme bass end of our hearing range. It's usually defined as a vibration that occurs fewer than 20 times a second. Humans (unlike some other animals) don't communicate with infrasound and are not very good at detecting it. But infrasound isn't always inaudible. Here’s why:

From the Journal of Infrasound “Below 20”:

Although many physics textbooks say we can hear airborne vibrations that occur between 20 and

20,000 times a second (20 - 20kHz) hearing actually differs from person to person. Rather than cutting

off sharply at 20Hz and 20kHz, our hearing ability fades gradually as we approach these frequency

limits. A piano's bottom note C, for example, vibrates at roughly 33Hz, a frequency near the edge of our

hearing range. Top C on the piano vibrates at around 4190Hz, a mid-range frequency where human

hearing is extremely acute. To seem as loud as top C, bottom C needs to make a sound that is roughly a

thousand times more powerful (in acoustic terms, 30dB louder). In general, extreme bass and treble

sounds need more power than mid-range sounds, in order to cross the threshold of hearing' n the

minimum loudness that can be heard. With enough volume, even sounds that lie outside the often

quoted ë20 to 20k' frequency range can be heard. This is true of infrasound.

[...]

Infrasound clearly lies on the cusp of our perception, rather than outside it. But our experience of

infrasound is still a mysterious issue. When we sense these vibrations, what do we actually hear?

Researchers at University of Salford asked this when they tested our ability to hear low frequencies in

1967. Subjects described the sensation of infrasound as rough', a popping effect'. Infrasound below 5Hz

was described as a chugging or whooshing', a sensation they could feel'. (Yeowart, Bryan and Tempest,

1967)

This means that there's a difference between what the human ear "hears" and what it "perceives". It can't hear below a certain range, but it can perceive tones that are much, much lower. If you were to go out and pluck a clothesline strung across your yard you wouldn't hear it as a note, per se, but you would still perceive it as a tone; that tone is about 3Hz. Lowest tones embedded in SoundWave® program go down to 6 Hz. Your ears and brain will be able to perceive what you need for the entire program as you only need specific Headphones so that what's being output by the playing device can be picked up by your system.

To be one with nature is by inner peace. The feeling of flow happens spontaneously when the mind is calm and purified. The soundless sound of inner silence is experienced when the mind is cleansed from past conditionings and stressful thoughts and emotions. Mental and physical health cannot be divided. The mind and body are not separate things but one entity. We feel and think with our bodies, and sensations arising in the body, in turn, express themselves through what we call thoughts or feelings. Every cell in our body has a mind, thinks and remembers. Your Spiritual evolution very definitely has a physical component. So along with your meditation practice it would be wise to take care of your body too by proper nutrition, detoxification and fasting rituals, good sleep patterns and occasional or repetitive exercise. (More on this later)

Sound approach to Consciousness Evolution

The Sound can be understood as being rhythmic and cyclic. Sound takes the form of waves, which are measured in cycles per second (hertz or hz). This periodicity is rhythmic in nature. Each cycle of a wave may be recognized as a pulse of sound.

Sound is mechanical wave of energy that changes the pressure of its medium (air or water) as it moves. These changes of pressure are detected by our sense of hearing and transmitted to our brains for interpretation. Sound waves are described by their wavelength, amplitude and frequency and intensity (in decibels). All life consists of rhythmic processes. Breathe in, breathe out. We usually get up with daylight and go to sleep at night. Everything Cycles. Not only our sleep patterns, but our eating patterns, digestive patterns, even our harvesting and mating patterns are all affected by the rhythmic cycles. Naturally we are cycling through all brainwave states; it’s just that SoundWave® neurotechnology is speeding up the evolution in tune with nature so the full flowering of your consciousness happens sooner.

The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.

Our SoundWave® Meditation Program is created as very deep meditation practice which stirs some unconscious stuff from time to time if you’re using it and it is absolutely necessary to allow this purging process to happen in order for you to experience a new sense of wellbeing and inner peace as well as healing of the old stuff that is below the level of the conscious awareness. In the process your brain chemistry will be fixed and the neuro-endocrine system issues as well. Although the ‘overwhelm’ experiences happen from time to time and through persistent practice it makes no sense to worry that this will be your predominant experience with the SoundWave® program. It’s like buying a new car and worrying that you might crash, sure that can happen too, life is full of unpredictable events but also you will enjoy miles and miles of new riding experiences.

It is not possible to grow as a person without integrating some of or all of your shadows. When you get used to it it‘s really not that scary, if it happens you treat it as another hygiene job that you have to take care of and it comes in cycles like everything else in nature.

Appearance → Experience → Disappearance

It is important to let go of those feelings as the only thing they want is to be heard, acknowledged, assimilated and then they dissipate on their own leaving you feeling ecstatic and peaceful. You will happen to like release followed by clarity and peace. Might be a good deal?

You are on a path. If there was to be the intent, that intent would be to make the unconscious conscious by determining what you are attached to. Most of us are attached to fear and we operate out of avoidance. When acceptance happens in the body, the pain is no longer pain and you no longer function with out of fear based identification with those aspects of the self you are in avoidance of. Healing is an emptying process (release of unconscious pain), and when we are empty, we identify with the void that exist in the absence of the pain.

If a model to feel safe is to be provided then think of the process of making the unconscious / conscious as “Vomiting Death.”

"Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. At all counts, it forms an unconscious snag, thwarting our most well-meant intentions." [excerpt from EMBODYING SPIRIT, pg. 131-133] “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”

- Jesus in the Gospel of Thomas

“The shadow dissipates or lightens when we accept it. We may still swing from negative to positive states, but our lives will become manageable because the extremes will disappear. When our shadow does manifest, we'll know it is time to listen to its message rather than act on its impulses. We need to see that the shadow, too, can be our friend”. [excerpt from AWAKENING IN TIME, pg. 19-20]

“Enlightenment doesn't occur from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the Self into the conscious personality.”

Carl Jung (1875 - 1961)

“Within a change process is a period of not having the old way of thinking, while not yet integrating the new way of thinking, which is the chaos of creativity at an important juncture.”

Jan Sheppard

"One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be

overcome again and again." - Abraham Maslow

Related to the Buddhist concept of ‘Purging Death’ this experience is basically a ‘Purge’ of the old mind patterns, stale emotional energy, limiting beliefs, in short all that no longer serves you as you start navigating your life more Consciously. The mind is purging its delusions. As you change, the world changes around you.

It’s an effort without effort. An intention without motive. Feeling into purging is like noticing what the mind perceives to be discomfort but as that perspective falls away, at the instant of the realization of nothingness, where the sensation realizes itself as Awareness and you are that, this is when the shift occurs. All life is change, the old parts of you are dying. Simply observe the happening with Awareness and let it be as it is. Resistance only creates sorrow. Parts of the Self die, and parts of the Self grieve the loss. Enjoy the dance. This too shall pass. “Through off those change of reason …”

“Keep Vomiting Death... keep the Purge Alive!”

So there is effort and no effort and the qualities of both simultaneously. An “Effortless Effort”

Emptiness “The greatest fear of the ego is death and it’s the fear of death that binds us. This sense of fear around death becomes an identity though and without this fear of fear, the ego would not know who it is. Not knowing is a fear, this is why we ask so many questions. We need to know. Once you experience and identify with the emptiness that you are, you will stop asking questions with the intent to be safe. If you know, you, as mind feels safe. It is the knowing as concept that becomes ego. If you experienced that nothingness that you are, the need for a model to operate from would not be necessary.

And so the dance continues with various aspects of ego pushing and pulling to stay distracted away from the concept of death whose freedom lies in emptiness.”

- Master Ro

"I tried to rest my mind in the way he [Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche] taught, but my mind wouldn't rest. In fact, during those early years of formal training, I actually found myself growing more distracted

than before. All sorts of things annoyed me: physical discomfort, background noises, conflicts with other people. Years later I would come to realize I wasn't actually getting worse; I was simply becoming more aware of the constant stream of thoughts and sensations I'd never recognized before. Having watched other people go through the same process, I realize now that this is a

common experience for people who are just learning how to examine their mind through meditation." (Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, The Joy of Living, p. 12)

And your fears will melt with the light of Awareness just be the watcher, a curious observer. You will be vaporizing your attachments as concepts as you progress through your healing journey. One other possibility is that you will not gain any sense of identity whether you have it or do not have it because you are no longer attached to the concept of self. Evolutionary Catharsis

Extremely deep meditation is an easy way to completely empty the mind from past conditioning. Many forms of teachings and tools exist out there such as positive affirmations or cognitive therapies or NLP modalities and they promise the reconditioning of the mind. The results of reprogramming can indeed be quite astounding but it does not cause spiritual awakening. With these techniques you will layer a defense on a defense and you will still be trapped in the same earthly mind. The changes are superficial as the root causes of your previous mindset are still ever-present under the surface. Reprogramming basically puts another layer of programming or conditioning on top of your present conditioning, making your mind even more complex, more defended. The deep set traumas from past lives and this life remain intact in the subconscious. It is these deep programs operating under the surface which disconnect you from your true self and feelings and which form the basis of the ego or conditioned mind. Primal Theory indicates that the healthiest people are those who are defense-free. Anything that builds a stronger defense system deepens the neurosis. We all have our 'stuff' down there, it is just that we aren't necessarily aware of it most of the time, or never for that matter. Very deep meditation achieved via the SoundWave® high-tech program brings your unconscious/conscious, opens the subconscious gates for this material to resurface and to be accepted, healed, integrated and finally let go off. We have to take responsibility for our stuff as it surfaces. In other words we have to first want to go there when it happens and choose to be present with whatever we are feeling or experiencing versus stuffing it down and don't wanting to deal with it only to perpetuate the suffering. The defense mechanism serves to allow us to live life happy and oblivious of the pains of the past, once you do something like deep meditation that dismantles the defenses and the anxious, painful or uncomfortable 'stuff' starts to leak into conscious awareness the ego feels threatened. Resistance is often subconscious and it only creates unnecessary suffering. If you learn to let go of wanting to control and just be content with whatever is going on without judgment or analysis you will master this process and then have gratifying experience of ever greater satisfactions of life. You will achieve true Mastery. Remember; if the thing is humanly possible consider it within your reach.

“The ego acts out of avoidance. It avoids aspects of itself, it avoids hunger pangs, it

avoids confinement, it avoids people that hold up mirrors, it avoids discomfort, it avoids fear

and the unfamiliar, it avoids freedom and above all it avoids Nothingness/chaos. Ego operates from the perspective of duality”.

‘Observing Ego’ is the only human skill that allows change and growth.

An upwards of 95% of our behaviors and thoughts are autopilot responses that have been learned through conditionings, mostly in early childhood, these operate OUT-side our conscious aware nesses. To be observant of 'how you do life' is to be at the steering wheel of your life. Essentially, Observing Ego is the mechanism through which you can monitor yourself in real time. This is an essential part of making changes to your thoughts, your behaviors, and ultimately, your life. The idea is that we have an inherent mechanism through we which we can view our behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and actions in real time as they are manifesting. Furthermore, we can become aware of why these forces are coming into effect, and make proactive changes as necessary to avoid negative consequences, or turn situations into positive learning experiences. This "Observing Ego" mechanism as Freud first called it, and the "Witness posture" as they call it most often in East must be developed through practice. Anything can be developed through practice. However, when practiced thoroughly it becomes a working part of the mind that functions almost on auto-pilot. For anyone who desires to make changes in their life as a whole or in specific areas, Observing Ego is an incredibly effective and powerful tool to learn and master. We said at the very beginning of this Booklet that “Meditation creates Awareness, whatever you do with Awareness you have choice about” so in short; “Awareness creates Choice”. This is the essence of Observing Ego: 1. Becoming aware of one's own thoughts and actions through a personal inventory 2. Taking responsibility to understand these thoughts and actions and resolve to change 3. Catching oneself in the act of thinking and/or reacting. 4. Comprehending the source and utility of such thoughts and actions 5. Rendering these outdated mechanisms useless through positive choices in thought and action. We have the choice over aspects of mind over which we have a conscious access to. When Awareness becomes our steering wheel of life we ride our life consciously. The decisions are definition of life. Whole collections of decisions that are similar in nature, that then go “underground”, and on “autopilot”, are called habits Every decision you have ever made has been either destructive or constructive. This means that there are also destructive and constructive habits. These are the same as what psychoanalysts call immature ego defenses and mature ego defenses. Constructiveness is what is called “win/win” thinking and behavior. Constructive decisions are WIN/WIN behaviors, ideas, or emotion. They are mature and of high character.

By removing negative belief patterns you free your thinking to be more creative and positive. Thus the actions you begin to take will have a more productive outcome because they are no longer driven by negative beliefs, thoughts and emotions. Naturally you will make Win/Win habits and grow towards maturity and high Character. “Character is Destiny” There is one other tool you can use to cultivate your ‘observing ego’ skill; it’s the Journaling! When you journal you are taking notice of where your life is heading. That’s observing ego skill at practice. Becoming more organized is no longer a problem. Finding solutions to old problems happen by critically examining and connecting new dots and thus seeing the bigger picture. Breakthroughs in self-discovery happen as you gradually reveal more of your hidden patterns inspiring thus change. “Let others leave their future in someone else's hands, but not you.”

From personal journaling you can:

• Solve problems • Examine relationships • Reflect on personal goals • Witness personal growth from reading past entries • Clarify and reconcile old issues • Recall difficult memories that evoke vulnerability • Evoke inner therapy by sharing written results • Clarifies thoughts, feelings and behavior and reveals your greater potential • Self-Discovery; Reveals - how you think, learn, create and use intuition • Connects you to the bigger picture. Helps find more meaning in life. etc.

"Journal writing is one of the greatest indications that you're a serious student. Taking pictures, that is pretty easy. Buying a book at a book store, that's pretty easy. It is a little more challenging to be a student of your own life, your own future, your own destiny. Take the time to keep notes and to keep a journal. You'll be so glad you did. What a treasure to leave behind

when you go. What a treasure to enjoy today!"

Healthy Body Healthy Mind We are what we eat. We know that the foods we eat affect the body. But they may have even more of an influence on how brain works- how it regulates moods, motivation and mental performance. Healthy diet improves and boosts your cognition along with other things.

One of the best foods you can possibly take which will coincidentally be beneficial to both your body your brain and which complements your meditation practice with SoundWave® program and makes the purging and the 'vomiting death' experiences more easier to achieve and aids the

detoxification crisis are these Omega3 fatty acids. Try and experiment with the best times of the day and journal your results. Neural pathways that have been clogged for years create toxicosis in the brain, your full expression of the fight/flight response and the resolution to the neural set point releases toxins that have been clogging in intolerable levels in catecholamine-noradrenergic neurons. A toxin is anything that cannot be utilized by the cell, and when elimination is impaired, toxins accumulate to intolerable levels and trigger a detoxification process. Signal that your nervous system is trying to detoxify can be manifested by cravings for food, alcohol, activity or people. The detoxification process is like a periodic opening of the flood gates. When you purge death (flood is goine), recovery is virtually complete. Cleared neural pathways throughout the brain enhance memory, intelligence and creativity. neurotic fear, anxiety and depression do not return. Norepinephrine levels at synapses fluctuate only slightly, and euphoria, best defined as "freedom from anxiety and distress", is permanent.

“The types of fat in your diet may influence your memory, moods, response to stress, and learning ability. Your brain contains a high percentage of fat. This is "structural" fat, the kind

that helps form your cell membranes and plays a vital role in how your brain cells function. Your brain is unusually rich in the omega-3 fatty acid DHA. Human breast milk contains DHA, but in

the United States and some other countries, infant formulas do not. Breast-fed babies score higher on many types of standardized tests than bottle-fed babies. DHA has improved brain

function in infants, adults, and the elderly.” The Omega Diet by Artemis P Simopoulos MD and Jo Robinson, page 99

“The Omega fatty acids play a prominent role in a person's mental health. A number of mental disorders, including schizophrenia and manic-depression, may very well be manifestations of an

Omega deficiency. DHA is required for proper brain and eye development and function.” Omega 3 Oils by Donald Rudin MD and Clara Felix, page 209

One of the most important of these fats is called docosohexiaonic acid or DHA. This fat plays an important role in the formation of the synaptic connections within the brain. These connections allow the various parts of the brain to communicate with each other and communicate with the

body as well. Health And Nutrition Secrets by Russell L Blaylock MD, page 34

Fasting and Purification Therapeutic fasting is an excellent self-healing practice. It induces metabolic changes that are inherently cleansing and repairing. The organs empty and rest, conserving energy, promoting the elimination of waste and accumulated toxins, and making cell regeneration much more efficient. Fasting is mankind's most ancient healing

strategy. There are 3 types of fasting A. Water Fasting—This is done with distilled water or mineral water B. Juice Fasting – Vegetable drink, Chlorophyll (Green Drink), Master Cleanse, or Fruit drink The following fruits are recommended during a fast (drinking fruit juice is optional during a fast) · Apple Juice- A natural Laxative, Cleanse Gall Bladder, Good for riding the body of radiation from X-Rays, internal inflammation, Lowers Cholesterol · Cranberry Juice- Bladder Infections, Diabetes (Lowers Blood Sugar), Cancers · Grape Juice- Edema, Cancer, Fights Toxins, Blood Cleanser fruit. · Papaya Juice- inflammation, heartburn, ulcers, back pain, and digestive system · Lemon Water- Excellent Blood Purifier, restores pH in the colon, cleanser the body of mucus, heals the stomach. · Watermelon- Cleanse the Blood, Natural diuretic, excellent for canker sores and tissue inflammation. WATERMELON JUICE FAST CONSIST BLENDING WATERMELON WITH ITS SEEDS. C. Dry Fasting – No Drinks of any kind. Nothing enters the mouth. (This fast is more spiritual and only recommend for one day only)

Stage 1 (Day1-2) On the first day of fasting, the blood sugar level drops below 70mg/dl. To restore the blood to the normal glucose level, liver glycogen is converted to glucose and released into the blood. This reserve is enough for a half day. The body then reduces the basal metabolic rate (BMR). The rate of internal chemical activity in resting tissue is lowered to conserve energy. The heart slows and blood pressure is reduced. Glycogen s pulled from the muscle causing some weakness. The first wave of cleansing is usually the worst.

Headaches, dizziness, nausea, bad breath, glazed eyes and a heavily coated tongue are signs of the first stage of cleansing. Hunger can be the most intense in this period. Stage 2 (Day 3 to 7) Fats, composed of transformed fatty acids, are broken down to release glycerol from the gliceride molecules and are converted to glucose. The skin may become oily as rancid oils are purged from the body. People with problem-free skin may have a few days of pimples or even a boil. A pallid complexion is also a sign of waste in the blood. Ketones are formed by the incomplete oxidation of fates. It is suspected that the ketones in the blood suppress the appetite by affecting the food-satiety center in the hypothalamus called the appestat. You may feel hungry for the first few days of the fast. This effect is temporary. The desire to eat will disappear. Lack of hunger may last 40-60 days.

The body embraces the fast and the digestive system is able to take a much-needed rest, focusing all of its energies on cleansing organs and the lungs are in the process of being repaired. Periodically, the lymphatic system expels mucoid matter through the nose or throat. The volume excreted of this yellow-colored mucus can be shocking. The sinuses go through periods of being clogged, then will totally clear. The breath is still foul and the tongue coated. Within the intestine, the colon is being repaired and impacted feces on the intestinal wall start to loosen and are autolyzed

Stage 3 (Day 8 to 15) On the latter part of an extended fast, you can experience enhanced energy, clear-mindedness and feel better than you have felt since childhood, On the downside, old injuries may become irritated and painful. This is a result of the body’s increased ability to heal during fasting. If you had broken your arm 10 yrs before, there is scar tissue around the break. At the time of the break, the body’s ability to heal was directly related to lifestyle. If you lived on a junk food diet, the body’s natural ability to heal was diminished.

During fasting, the body’s healing process is at optimum efficiency.

What is the purpose of Fasting? PHYSICAL- Fasting cleanse the blood of toxins, waste, dead or diseased cells, acid crystals, calcified tumors, and mucus. Fasting keeps the body young regardless of years. It also rid the body of pain and irritation. MENTAL- Cleanse the thoughts and allows the mental consciousness to bring to surface unresolved emotional issues for releasing. Anger, Guilt, Resentment, Hatred, etc. SPIRITUAL- Removes negative or low vibration from the spirit. This will allow full awareness of the connection to “the Divine.” The God in you, Holy Spirit What is the fasting process? “When you fast the body uses energy to eliminate toxins and waste from itself” The waste is dumped in the circulatory system. This is when you feel miserable (HEALING CRISIS) fatigue, headaches, fever, mood swings, gas, aches, (this usually occurs during the 3-4 day on your fast) This is when lack of food is blamed. You can notice the mucus or toxins in your urine. Keeping the bowels clean will make you feel better. As long as the waste is in the circulation you will feel miserable during a fast. When the colon and Kidneys pass the waste out of the body you will better instantly. This can happen several times during a fast. The less you drink the more aggressive the HEALING CRISIS. Cleansing the Bowels

• Herbal Teas- Cascara Sagrada, Aloe Vera Juice, Senna or Raw Apple Juice, • Salt Water Cleanse- Prepare a full quart of luck-warm water and add two teaspoons of

unionized sea salt. Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning. This must be taken on an empty stomach. Best taken first thing in the morning.

• Enemas- Garlic, Catnip, Coffee, or Lemon Enemas. Enemas can be performed daily on the colon while on a fast. Or you can use an enema once every other day or 3-4 a week

Avoid the following activities while fasting Do not look at or listen to local or worldly news Do not gossip or speak negative about anyone including yourself. Listen to calming music only. No negative music (instrumental music is best) Distance yourself from negative situations and people (This includes family members) Do not tell the world that you are on a fast (let not your right hand know what your left hand is doing) No sexual activity of any kind. (This includes masturbation) How long should one fast? One 24-hours fast a week or one 3-day fast every month Four 7-10 day fast once a season SPRING SUMMER FALL WINTER. Healers- 21- 30 day fast once a year. Long fasting is great to rid the body of cancer, tumors and cyst; however, I do not recommend long fasting without the supervision of a fasting specialist

Symptoms of inner peace:

A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences. An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment. A loss of interest in judging other people. A loss of interest in judging self. A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others. A loss of interest in conflict. A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.) Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation. Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature. Frequent attacks of smiling. An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen. An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the Uncontrollable urge to extend it.

<< WARNING >>

If you have some or all of the above symptoms, please be advised that your condition of inner peace may be so far advanced as to not be curable. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting any of these symptoms, remain exposed only at your own risk. - Saskia Davis
