How is the Ultrasound Lift different from other cosmetic procedures? Ultherapy is the only non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses ultrasound to target the deep foundation below the skin. This is a completely non invasive procedure and does not involve any cutting of the skin. Ultherapy® is also the only procedure that uses ultrasound imaging, which allows the patient to see the areas of the tissue that are being targeted during the treatment

Am I a good candidate for the Ultrasound Lift? A good candidate for the Ultrasound Lift is someone who has mild to moderate skin laxity on their face and neck. The Utrasound Lift is not a substitute for a surgical facelift. However, it provides skin tightening for patients who are not willing to go through surgery. Ultherapy® can also prolong the effect of a surgical facelift for patients who have already gone under the knife.

Does it hurt? Comfort thresholds vary from one individual to another. There may be some discomfort while the ultrasound energy is being delivered.
