The new 50-story office/residential Tower and 15-story Hotel will share a common ground floor level of distinctive restaurant and retail shops reflective of the project’s preeminent location at the heart of downtown Seattle. The Fifth and Union corner will be a signature location for a distinctive national or international retailer. The Hotel and residences will each have a Fourth Avenue address and the offices will have Union Street addresses. A 1,200 stall parking garage will lie beneath the project.
