3. Financial Situation and Performance

3.1 Financial Capabilities

The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment)

1 Non-performance, as decided by the Employer, shall include all contracts where (a) non-performance was not challenged by the contractor, including through referral to the

The audited balance sheets for the last 3 years shall be submitted and must demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position and shall be a profit-making organisation with Net Worth of Min Value of 50 Crore and shall have a bid capacity on the date of submission of application is equal to the estimated project value mention in the NIT.

4. Experience

4.1 (a)

Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience

(i) A minimum Works means Similar Completed Works as a prime contractor, joint venture member3, management contractor or nominated subcontractor3 in 10 years prior to 30 days from the due date of Bid Submission. Completed Similar Work:

1(One) number similar completed work of INR 100 Crores (excluding the cost of the land) in a single contract.

4.2 (b)

For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated in 4.2(a) above, a minimum construction experience in the following key activities:

Design and Construction of Urban Road/ National Highways (NH)/ State Highways (SH) with a minimum Project value of INR 19 Crs in a single Contract.

The experience of Urban roads claimed Construction/ rehabilitation/ retrofitting of urban roads consisting of upgradation / shifting of Utilities such as Water/ Sewer/ undergrounding of electrical works/ telephone cables with allied infrastructure, construction of footpath / landscape, hardscape utility ducts, road markings / traffic signage.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 33 KV or above underground HT cabling, Compact substation (CSS)/ Electric Sub Station (ESS), Ring facility of 11 kV/33 kV Network of minimum Contract Value of INR 26 Crores in a single Contract.
