The salutation/Greetings My dear Tom,

Space

Body of the Letter (should have minimum three paragraphs)

Yesterday, I was all alone in the house. What came to my mind and what I did is indeed very

interesting. So I decided to write it to you.

I though of cooking some simple dish. Needless to mention that I was very hungry. Of course it was

the first day in the kitchen. I decided to cook some rice.

Space

I poured some oil into the sauce pan and put it on the gas-stove. It became very hot and turned

black. I dropped some rice into it hurriedly. I

forgot to pour some water. The hot oil burned the rice completely. It was bitter when tasted. I

cannot forget this awful experience.

In the mean time, my sister came from Darjeeling.

She prepared another dish of rice and I was relieved of hunger.

Space

Do write back about how you feel about the first experience in the kitchen.

Space

With kind regards,

Space

Subscription Yours sincerely,
