Christian is a seventh generation Washingtonian from the original Addison family of Addison Rd.. He is a business man who wrote the 2014 Children’s budget. He helped secure $80 million dollars for Washington, DC’s employment programs through the Pathways out of Poverty (POP) grant. He also helped write the 30 year Redevelopment plan for the First (HBCU), Cheyney University of Pennsylva-nia. Christian gained local notoriety in the Washington Business Journal for his role in the SW Waterfront project and he also managed the building of the Na-tional Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He is a historian, activist & writer at heart. He is also the proud father of three wonderful boys.
