Christian gained local notoriety in the Washington Business Journal for his role in the SW Waterfront project and he also managed the building of the Na- tional Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He is a historian, activist & writer at heart. He is also the proud father of three wonderful boys.
