Hard Candies Have Chewy Citrus CentersCitrus Mix, hard candies with soft centers, are being introduced under the Got Fruit! brand fromRagolds GmbH.
The orange and lemon candies have eight essential vitamins and are made with natural colorsand flavors, the company reports. In addition, the citrus items are free from both gluten andgenetically engineered ingredients.
Packing in 3.5-ounce peg bags with a SRP of $1, they ship 12 per case.
Sanders Extends Popcorn Line, Updates PacksSanders & Morley Candy Makers Inc.'s is debuting three new popcorn varieties made withlarger, fluffier kernels and new packaging for the line, the company reports.
The new items are Motor City Mix, a blend of cheese, caramel and kettle corn; StadiumCaramel, kettle-cooked caramel popcorn; and aged white cheddar. The company reports it haschanged the kernel type to one that is less prone to breakage.
Chairman and CEO Brain Jefferson says: "We wanted to not only provide a convenientsnacking option, but also give both the product and packaging our own touches to make theeating experience more unique and enjoyable."
Sanders has retired its box pack format for reclosable packs featuring graphics of classicautomobiles, barns, football stadiums and downtown scenes.
