Nautica Reach is a stunning development of just four substantial contemporary homes adjoining the beach at Milford on sea. Bordering the edge of the New forest and in close proximity to lymington, Milford on sea is one of the last remaining seaside villages in Hampshire – a natural beauty spot with exceptional amenities.
Milford on Sea offers something for everyone. It’s the perfect location for relaxing, affords spectacular views, beaches, walks, a historic castle, sea trips, bird watching, village life from another era and lots going on all year round. The village is a hive of activity, with friendly locals and hosts a variety of quaint shops and exceptional eateries from traditional pubs to bistros, cafés, fine dining and international cuisine restaurants. The traditional village green creates the heart of this location acting as a venue for the renowned food and music festivals and carnival.
The stunning surroundings and the sea views make Milford on Sea and its surrounding areas a haven for walkers, runners, cyclists, watersports and beach-lovers.A long shingle beach provides the backdrop to character beach huts, which line the seafront. The beach boasts spectacular views of the Isle of Wight and Needles in one direction, with stunning views over Christchurch Bay and Bournemouth, Poole and the Purbeck hills in the other.

The Predicted Energy Assessment is a predicted measure of the overall efficiency of a home and acts as a forerunner to the Energy Performance Certificate which is produced once the property has been completed. The higher the rating the more energy efficient the home is and the lower the fuel bills are likely to be.
The environmental impact rating is a measure of a home’s impact on the environment in terms of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The higher the rating, the less impact it has on the environment.
