Detect, respond, remove incidents quicker. Reduce delays due to work zones. Operate intersections safer/more efficiently.

° Infrastructure Performance and Maintenance Program° ITS Performance Incentive Program

Creates an institutional focus on freight management. Funds a strong ITS R&D program; supports separate
