Have efficiently managed different teams of size up to four people at a time. Key Assignments and Achievements : • Worked towards developing a positioning platform for Volvo XC60 different from their Global template of Safety. Also

conceptualized creation of a Macro Site for the launch. – it helped us to do sales beyond our target with 50% of target being met as pre-launch bookings.

• Conducted Path to Purchase research for developing BOPs for new products of Dabur Vatika Shampoo. The research was insightful and helped us introduce a major shift in terms of design.

• Successful product launches and re-positioning across diversified categories like consumer appliances, handsets, luxury cars and FMCG products.

Micromax - Tribute to Telegram

• Situation

– Shutting down of telegram services due to low usage

• Challenge

– Micromax had zero flaunt value as a brand. No sense of prestige through ownership

• Objective

– Improving brand imagery

• Outcome

– 1500 people experienced the activation

– More than 5500 shared and about half a million people talked about it on social media

– Micromax technologies ltd established an experiential zone in the mall after the activity witnessing high involvement

Volvo Stop Notch XC60

• Situation

– Launch of new SUV of Volvo in India

• Challenge

– Global positioning of Volvo on safety was not a hit in India

• Objective

– To launch a car successfully in the Indian market

• Solution – We positioned it as most high tech car based on it’s Auto Braking feature

• Outcome

– 47 Cars were pre-booked

– Annual target of 500 units was met in the year of launch

Videocon Aryabot Pre-Book Innovative campaign

• Situation

– AC season was up and production got delayed due to a software bug

• Challenge

– Capitalize on a new product during the season and achieve numbers and increase market share

• Objective

– To sell product before production to capture seasonal sales

• Solution – We did a PreBook campaign in a very innovative way

• Outcome

– Generated 1179 queries

– Prebooked 281 products in 10 days

– Campaign got covered by www.afaqs.com, www.adage.com etcetera.

– Ad was appreciated in the trade. Helped us up the imagery.

Chennai Free service camp

• Situation

– Chennai was hit by floods leaving lots of people stranded on the roads

• Challenge

– Getting Chennai back on track

• Objective

– To offer support to people

• Solution – We offered free service camps from 12 December 2015 to 26 January 2016

• Outcome

– More that 23000 customers availed and benefitted from our services
