Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, Public Broadcasting Service, Alexandria, Virginia – 1991 to 2000 Operations : Responsible for oversight of 20-member PBS accounting department,

including direct supervision of controller and budget director. Involved with resolution of daily operational and technical accounting issues, financial statement reporting and personnel management. Implemented a strategic planning process to devise key goals and related strategies and tactics to improve customer service. procedures. Administered a highly disaggregated interoffice engagement involving 14 offices and 20 staff accountants. Supervised, evaluated and counseled senior, staff and assistant level accountants.
