Siems is assistant vice president and senior economist in the Financial Institution Relationship Management Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.In this capacity, he partners with economists at the Fed to gather information on emerging trends and policy issues of interest to financial institutions in Texas, northern Louisiana and southern New Mexico. He also oversees economic outreach efforts that provide additional opportunities to listen and learn from the regions’ constituents. Siems teaches operations research and management science courses in the Bobby B. Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University and is the Lyle School’s chief engineering economist.

Peter Davey VP, Payment Strategy & Industry, Enterprise Payments, Capital One

Peter is responsible for directing payments strategy and industry relationships within Capital One. He has more than 15 years of experience and a deep understanding of the payments industry, including rules and regulations around payment networks, types of payment systems and technologies, and how such systems work. Peter has industry experience in both e-commerce and digital payments, and his expertise includes payment system designs, hubs, payment networks, product and risk management and payment strategy. Chuck Easttom Computer Scientist, inventor, Consultant and Author

With more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry, over 15 years teaching/training, and over 11 years in litigation support/expert witness work, Chuck has a wide range of expertise, making him much in demand as an author and speaker.
