INGREDIENTS

1Package Lasagna thin sheets.

200g. Mushrooms. 4 chicken fillet. 4 tablespoons of tomato

sauce.

INGREDIENTS: “Bechamel” or “White Sauce”

2 tablespoons of fluor. 2 tablespoons of oil. Milk Cheese Oregano Salt White pepper Nutmeg

STEP 1

Cut the chicken into thin strips and saute in a little oil, when almost done, add the mushrooms thin sheets finish so that together, we add oregano and salt.

STEP 2

On the other hand the bechamel: put in an oil pan, soon add the flour and stir to mix well move away from the fire to make it to warm up, so we put the fire and add the milk to boil, slowly, stirring and waiting to see the thick point we want to get, when we test it and don’t know a raw flour, add salt, nutmeg and pepper to taste.

STEP 3

We add to stir two tablespoons of bechamel and two tomato with cooked pasta, others put in the tray a tablespoon of tomato, a sheet of pasta, sauteed, anothe pasta, sauteed with pasta and bechamel we put the grated cheese and we grilled.
