Service Fees – What are your hiring options?

TAL Group Employee (Contract) Your Employee (Permanent)Hire a candidate directly from us on a contractual basis. We put a flat mark up on each consultant.

Hire a candidate as a permanent employee. You can hire the candidate at a fixed fee of 20% of their starting salary.

International Recruitment ProgramTAL’s International Recruitment Program creates a new access point for North American companies who are in need of skilled, technical talent. It acts as the bridge between a broad network of available candidates in Europe and employers in North America in need of the right skills. It is an alternate option to our local recruitment procedure.

STEP 2 – Assessment of TalentTAL’s recruiting specialist find candidates that align with your company’s leadership requirements and business strategies. Upon qualification of technical knowledge, your company is then presented candidates for your assessment and selection prior to interview.

STEP 3 – Onboarding TAL’s specialists ensure that the onboarding process is seamless for clients, taking care of necessary documentation including the Labour Market Opinion (LMO), visa submission, as well as acclimatization of the candidate upon arrival into Canada.
