MTQ Oilfield Services W.L.L (MTQOS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTQ Corporation Limited, which is listed on theSingapore Exchange, incorporated in 2009 and became a trusted services provider to the oil and gas industry in Bahrain andthe Arabian Gulf region.

With more than 30 years of experience in the oilfield engineering services, MTQ has evolved and expanded services in a bidto provide an extensive range of services that includes fabrication of steel structures, advanced coating solutions and oilfield

equipment rental.

Our quality approach is further strengthened with thedocumentation of our quality procedure in policy manuals and an experienced team of Quality Control Engineers whoconduct rigorous checks and inspections on finished product as per API specification Q1.

MTQOS has a world class state-of-the art advanced facility approved by global OEM's for validation of various components to ensurehigher and consistent level of quality. We manufacture equipment as per API 6A, 16A and 7-1 as well as special fabrication of BOP testplugs, Wear Bushing, Running Retrieving Tools etc. for OEMs. MTQOS does refurbishing/repair of wellhead equipment (Xmas Trees,Tubing/Casing Spools, Valves and BOPs) for OEMs like NOV-Shaffer, GE Oil and Gas and FMC.

Machine shopMTQOS has a total of 16 machines as listed below:

3 x CNC Vertical Turning Lathe with a max turning diameter of 4m, 3m height and weight capacity of 30tons.4 x CNC Horizontal Milling/Boring Machine with max weight capacity of 15tons1 x CNC Vertical Milling Machine4 x CNC Vertical Turning Lathes and 3 x Manual Vertical Turning Lathes

WeldingMTQOS has access to over 100 qualified weld procedures for all types of materials and pre/post weld 3m 3 heating furnace. List ofequipment below:1 x Fronius Fully Automatic Cladding Machine with capability of welding through bore IDs with Inconel625 overlay .3 x 20Ton Positioners with Semi-Automatic Sub-Arc Welding.

2 x 10Ton Positioners with Semi-Automatic Sub-Arc Welding. Assorted collection of manual sub-arc and TIG machines.

Testing facility includesPressure testing up to 30,000 PSI Hydro-test and 15,000 PSI Gas Testing, Load Testing up to 750 tons for DP Elevators, and NDE testing.

This enables MTQOS to provide complete end-to-end solutions to its customers from product conceptualization to designing and finallymanufacturing, validation & testing.
