Select your in vivo imaging solution from four high-performance benchtop systemsBruker offers a selection of In-Vivo Imaging Systems so you can choose one that best meets your particular imaging needs. Eachsystem provides exceptional resolution, sensitivity and image quality for accurate quantification of your data.

Each system can now be configured with a fast f/0.95 lens that is ideal for bioluminescent and radioisotopic probes.

In-Vivo DXS PROThe DXS PRO System is ideal for X-ray imaging of smallanimals, plants, and more. It features a state-of-the-artradiographic phosphor screen that generates images withoutstanding 25 line pair per millimeter resolution contact. With our new fast 500 µA X-ray head whole animal X-raysare acquired in just 3 seconds. 10X continuous zoomprovides the flexibility to optimally image a variety ofspecimen sizes and zoom in on features of interest. The DXSPRO comes as a full energy calibrated system allowing fortrue quantification of your X-ray, and enabling bone densitysoftware. The DXS PRO also features automated controlsand filters for simplified workflow.

In-Vivo MS FX PROFor researchers who want to non-invasively image biologicalprocesses in small animal models, theMS FX PRO is a greatchoice. It combines any of four imagingmodalities (fluorescence, luminescence, radioisotopic, and radiographic) into one systemalong with powerful fluorescence spectral unmixing that removesautofluorescence and enables simultaneous imaging of multiplefluorophores. The first multispectral imaging systemwith a truemicrofocus X-ray head, it delivers high resolution X-ray imagesfor co-registration in just 3 seconds. The patented radioisotopicimaging screen allows researchers to screen both PET and SPECTprobes onmultiple animals. The optional MARS system enablesresearchers to image amouse from any angle using any of thefour imagingmodalities. Finally, our fast f/0.95 lens enables highspeed imaging of bioluminescence imaging of multiple animals.

In-Vivo FX PROThe In-Vivo FX PRO combines high sensitivity opticalmolecular imaging, radioisotopic imaging and highresolution digital X-ray to deliver precise anatomicallocalization of molecular and cellular biomarkers. Precisionautomation simplifies complex multimodal imagingprotocols and takes sensitivity, throughput, and ease ofuse to an entirely new level. For researchers whoseapplications focus on bioluminescence imaging of multipleanimals, we now offer a fast f/0.95 fixed lens option.

In-Vivo F PROThe compact In-Vivo F PROmakes an ideal entry-level systemfor researchers whose imaging requirements are expandingbeyond gels, blots and plates and into the study of diseasestates in vivo. Economical yet versatile, the F PRO provides highperformance optical molecular imaging of NIR fluorescent, radioisotopic and luminescent labels in small animals, a featurefurther enhanced with the new f/0.95 lens option. The F PROcan be easily upgraded to include X-ray and multispectralimaging as your research requirements evolve.
