TRAINING EXPERIENCE

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the

delivery of end to end training activities , whilst reporting to

the Regional L&D Manager. In this role i will manage a team

of learning function heads and training officers, overseeing the

delivery of behavioral and technical training that will enable

stores employees to understand and perform their current job,

and assist them in moving to future roles. It will also be

necessary to collaborate with Operations Divisions to ensure

that employees possess the job skills, technical systems

knowledge and behaviors required in order to maximize
