So how does the Morrisby Profile work?

You can now start heading in the right direction and working towards your future career!

Firstly, don’t panic! It’s not like an exam and you don’t need to do any research or homework beforehand

We will ask you to fill in a simple careers questionnaire to help us find out the working environment you’re most interested in and suited to

On the day of your assessment you’ll be given a series of short paper and pencil exercises. You don’t need any special equipment – not even a calculator

We gather the information, analyse your results and send you a detailed Profile and Guidance Report

It takes about three hours with a short break in the middle

You can read the report to discover more about your strengths and abilities, find out how to make the most of your skills, work out your personal goals and explore new opportunities

• general reasoning: dealing with new problems

• verbal ability: understanding the meaning of everyday words

• numerical ability: how you deal with mathematical information

• perceptual ability: interpreting diagrammatic information

• spatial ability: how good you are at visualising things in three dimensions

• mechanical ability: your understanding of simple mechanical ideas

• other relevant skills for the workplace

How do you know it works? Morrisby has been providing careers guidance assessments for more than 40 years and we’ve helped thousands of people make better career choices.
