In order that ye (O men) may believe in Allah and His Messenger, that ye

may assist and honor Him, and celebrate His praise morning and evening

2. All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns

and all that exists) 3. The Most Beneficent, the Most Mercifull 4. The Only

Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of

Resurrection) 5. You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for

each and everything) 6. Guide us to the Straight Way 7. The Way of those on

whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your

Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians)

Sura Al-Fateha

بسم ٱلله ٱلرحمـن ٱلرحيم � � In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious,the Most Merciful

2. Alhamdu lilla hi-rabbil Aalameen 3. Ar-rahma nir-raheem 4. Maa liki-

yaw mid-deen 5. Iyyaa ka-naAA budu wa-iyya ka-nasta een 6. Ihh-dinass

siratal-mustaqeem 7. Sira tall lazee-na an-AAamta Aaalayhim, ghay-ril

maghdoo bi-Aalayhim walald-daal-leen

ٱلحمد لله رب ٱلعـلمين ۞ ٱلرحمـن ٱلرحيم � � � � ۞ مـلك يوم ٱلدين ۞ اياك نعبد واياك � � � نستعين ۞ ٱهدنا ٱلصرٲط ٱلمستقيم ۞ �

صرٲط ٱلذين انعمت عليهم غير ٱلمغضوب 7 � عليهم ولا ٱلضا لين ۞ � �

2222 Once Evening Azkar

1: Alif Lam Mim 2: This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who

guard (against evil) 3: Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and

spend out of what We have given them 4: And who believe in that which has

been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure

of the hereafter 5: These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that

shall be successful

Sura Al-Bakarah V.1-5

بسم ٱلله ٱلرحمـن ٱلرحيم � � In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious,the Most Merciful

1. Alif laam meem 2. Zaa-likal kitabula rayba feehi, hu-dalil muttaqeena

3. Allazeena yu'minoona bil-ghaybi wayu qee-moona-ssalata wamim-

ma razaqna hum-unfiqoon 4. Wal-lazena yu'minoona bima onzila ilayka

wama onzila min qablik, wabial-akhirati hum yu'qinoon 5. Ola-ika ala

hudam mir-rabbi-him wa-ola-ika humul-muflihoon

الم۞ذلك الكتاب لا ريب فيه هدى للمتقين � � ۞ٱلذين يؤمنون بٱلغيب ويقيمون ٱلصلوة ومما رزقنهم � � �

ينفقون۞وٱلذين يؤمنون بما انزل اليك وما انزل من L L � �قبلك وبالاخرة هم يوقنون۞ اولـئك على هدى من ر � L

بهم و اولـئك هم ٱلمفلحون۞ L �

3.13.13.13.1 Once Evening Azkar

(255) Allah is He besides Whom there is no god, the Everliving, the Self-

subsisting by Whom all subsist; slumber does not overtake Him nor sleep;

whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His; who is he that can

intercede with Him but by His permission? He knows what is before them and

what is behind them, and they cannot comprehend anything out of His

knowledge except what He pleases, His knowledge extends over the heavens

and the earth, and the preservation of them both tires Him not, and He is the

Most High, the Great

Sura Al-Bakarah V.255

Allahu laaa 'ilaaha 'illaa Huu. 'Al-Hayyul-Qayyuum. Laa ta'-khuzuhuu

sinatunw-wa laa nawm. Lahuu maa fissamaawaati wa ma fil-'arz. Man-

zallazii yashfa-'u'indahuuu 'illaa bi-'iznih? Ya'-lamu maa bayna 'aydiihim

wa maa khalfahum. Wa laa yuhiituuna bi-shay-'im-min 'ilmihiii 'illaa

bimaa shaaa'. Wasi-'a Kursiyyu-hus-Samaawaati wal-'arz; wa laa ya-

'uuduhuu hifzu -humaa wa Huwal-'Aliyyul-'Aziim

ٱلله لا الـه الا هو ٱلحى ٱلقيوم لا تاخذهۥ سنة ولا Z Z � �نوم لهۥ ما فى ٱلسمـوٲت وما فى ٱلارض من ذا 7 � �

ۦ يعلم ما بين ايديهم وما ٱلذى يشفع عنده ۥ الا باذنه 7 � �خلفهم ولا يحيطون بشىء من علمهۦ الا بما شاء � �

وسع كرسيه ٱلسمـوٲت وٱلارض ولا يـودهۥ حفظهما L 7 � Z وهو ٱلعلى ٱلعظيم Z

3.23.23.23.2 Once Evening Azkar

Sura Al-Bakarah V.256

La ikraha feed-deen, Qaath-ta-bayyanar-rush-du minal-ghayy,

Fa-mi- yakfur bit-taghooti wa-yuk-mimm biAllahi faqa-diss

tamsaka bil-urr-watil-wuss-qa laang-infisama laha ,Walla-hu

samee-un alim

(256) There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has

become clearly distinct from error; therefore, whoever

disbelieves in the Shaitan and believes in Allah he indeed has

laid hold on the firmest handle, which shall not break off, and

لا اكراه فى ٱلدين قد تبين ٱلرشد من Z � � � ٱلغى فمن يكفر بٱلطـغوت ويؤمن بٱلله � � � فقد ٱستمسك بٱلعروة ٱلوثقى لا ٱنفصام

لها وٱلله سميع عليم �

3.33.33.33.3 Once

(257) Allah is the guardian of those who believe. He brings them

out of the darkness into the light; and (as to) those who

disbelieve, their guardians are Shaitans who take them out of

the light into the darkness; they are the inmates of the fire, in it

they shall abide

Sura Al-Bakarah V.257

Allahu waliyul-lazena amanoo yukh-rijuhum minaz-zu-lumati

ilan-noor ,waalazee naka faroo awliya-oo-humutta-ghootu yukh-

rijoo-nahum minan-noori ilaz-zoolumat, Ou'la-ika as-habun nar

,Hum fee-ha khalidoon

Evening Azkar

ٱلله ولى ٱلذين امنوا يخرجهم من � � Z �ٱلظلمـت الى ٱلنور وٱلذين كفر و ا � Z Z

اوليا ؤهم ٱلطـغوت يخرجونهم من ٱلنور Z � � 7الى ٱلظلمـت اولئك اصحـب ٱلنار � 7 L Z

هم فيها خـلدون

4.14.14.14.1 Once

(284) Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is

Allah's; and whether you manifest what is in your minds or hide

it, Allah will call you to account according to it; then He will

forgive whom He pleases and chastise whom He pleases, and

Allah has power over all things

Evening Azkar

Lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee al-ard, Wa-in tubdoo ma

fee ang'fusikum aw tukhfoohu yuhasibkum bihi Allah, Fayagh

firu'li mai-ya-shaoo wa-yu'az-zubu mai-ya-sha wallahu ala kulli

shay-in qadeer

Sura Al-Bakarah V.284

لله ما في السماوات وما فى ٱلارض 7 � �وان تبدوا ما فى انفسكم او تخفوه 7 7 يحاسبكم به ٱلله فيغفر لمن يشاء � �ويعذب من يشا ء وٱلله على كل � �

شىء قدير

4.24.24.24.2 Once

(285) The apostle believes in what has been revealed to him

from his Lord, and (so do) the believers; they all believe in Allah

and His angels and His books and His apostles; We make no

difference between any of His apostles; and they say: We hear

and obey, our Lord! Thy forgiveness (do we crave), and to Thee

is the eventual course

Sura Al-Bakarah V.285

Evening Azkar

Amana alrrasoolu bima onzila ilayhi min rabbihi

waalmu/minoona, Kullun amana biAllahi wamala-ikatihi

wakutubihi warusulihi, la nufarriqu bayna ahadin min rusulih,

Waqaloo sami'na waata'na, Ghufranaka rabbana wa-ilayka

almaseeru

ءامن ٱلرسول بما انزل اليه من ر بهۦ � � L � وٱلمؤمنون كل ءامن بالله وملئكته � r �وكتبه ورسله لا نفرق بين احد من 7 �

رسله وقالوا سمعنا واطعنا غفرانك Z 7 ربنا واليك ٱلمصير �

4.34.34.34.3 Once

La yukal-liful-lahu nafsan illa wus-aha,Laha ma kasabat wa-alayha maAk-

tasabat,Rabbana la tu-akhithna inna-eena aw akhta'na,Rabbana wala

tahmil alina isran kama hamaltahu alal'lazina min'qablina,Rabbana wala

tuhm-milna ma la ta qatalana bihi,Wao'fu anna waighfir lana

wairhamna,Aang'ta mawlana faonsurna alal-qawmil kafireen

Evening Azkar

(286) Allah does not impose upon any soul a duty but to the extent of its

ability; for it is (the benefit of) what it has earned and upon it (the evil of)

what it has wrought: Our Lord! do not punish us if we forget or make a

mistake; Our Lord! do not lay on us a burden as Thou didst lay on those

before us, Our Lord do not impose upon us that which we have not the

strength to bear; and pardon us and grant us protection and have mercy on

us, Thou art our Patron, so help us against the unbelieving people

Sura Al-Bakarah V.286

لا يكلف ٱلله نفسا الا وسعها لها ما كسبت � � � وعليها ما ٱكتسبت ربنا لا تؤاخذنا ان نسينا او 7 � � اخطانا ربنا ولا تحمل علينا اصرا كما حملتهۥ � 7

على ٱلذين من قبلنا ربنا ولا تحملنا ما لا طاقة لنا � � � بهۦ وٱعف عنا وٱغفر لنا وٱرحمنا انت مولىنا 7 �

فٱنصرنا على ٱلقوم ٱلكفرين

بسم ٱلله ٱلرحمـن ٱلرحيم � � In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious,the Most Merciful

1. Qulhu walla-hu ahad, 2. Alla huss-samad, 3. Lam yalid walam

yoolad, 4. Walam ya kul-lahu kufu waan ahaad

1: Say: He, Allah, is One 2: Allah is He on Whom all depend 3: He

begets not, nor is He begotten 4: And none is like Him

Sura Al-Ikhlas

قل هو الله احد۞الله � � 7 الصمد۞لم يلد ولم يولد۞ولم �

يكن له كفوا احد۞ 7 �

1: Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn 2: From the evil of what He

has created 3: And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes

4: And from the evil of those who blow on knots 5: And from the evil of

Sura Al-Falaq

بسم ٱلله ٱلرحمـن ٱلرحيم � � In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious,the Most Merciful

1. Qul aaoo' zubi-rabbil falaaq, 2. Min sharri ma khalaqa, 3.

Wamin sharri ghasiqin eeza waqab 4. Wamin shar-rin naffa-saa-

thi feel uoo-qaadh 5. Wamin sharri haa-sidin iza-hasadh

قل اعوذ برب الفلق۞من شر ما � � 7 خلق۞ومن شر غاسق اذا وقب۞ومن �

�شر النفاثات في العقد۞ومن شر � � �حاسد اذا حسد۞

7777 Three

1: Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of men 2: The King of men 3: The god of

men 4: From the evil of the whisperings of the slinking (Shaitan) 5: Who

whispers into the hearts of men 6: From among the jinn and the men

قل اعوذ برب الناس۞ملك الناس۞الـه � � � 7 الناس۞من شر الوسواس الخناس۞الذي � � � �

يوسوس في صدور الناس۞من الجنة � � والناس۞ �

Sahih Muslim - 4/2088

Asbahna wa-asbaha mulku lillah walhamdu lillah, La ilaha illal-lah, wahdahu la

shareeka lah, lahul-mulku walahul-hamd, Yohee wa yumeeto wahuwa ala kulli

shayin qadeer, Rabbi as-aluka khayrama fee ha'zaal-yawmi wa-khayra ma

,Ba'daho wa-aoozu-bika min sharri ha'zaal-yawmi, washarri ma, Ba'daho rabbi

aa'ozu-bika minal-kasal, wasoo-il kibar, Rabbi aa'ozubika min aa'zaa-bin fin-nar,

wa aa'zaa-bin fil-qabr

Morning Azkar

We have reached the morning, and at this very time unto Allah belongs all sovereignty, and

all praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without

partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent. My

Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good of what follows it, and I take refuge in

You from the evil of this day and the evil of what follows it. My Lord, I take refuge in You

from laziness and senility. My Lord, I take refuge in You from torment in the Fire and

punishment in the grave. [Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, and Ahmad]

اصـبحنا واصـبح المـلك لله والحمد لله، لا الـه الا الله � � �� 7 7 وحـده لا شـريك لـه، لـه المـلك وله الحمـد،يحـيي

ويمـيت، وهـو علـى كل شـيء قدير، رب اسـالـك خـير ما 7 7 � � في هـذا اليوم وخـير ما بعـده واعـوذ بك من شـر ما في هـذا � 7

اليوم وشر ما بعـده، رب اعـوذبك من الكسـل وسـوء 7 � � الكـبر، رب اعـوذبك من عـذاب في النـار وعـذاب في القـبر � 7 �

Asbahna ala fitratil-islam, Wa'ala kalimatil-ikhlas, Wa'ala deeni

nabiyyina Muhammad (Sallalla-hu alai hi wasallam), Wa'ala

millati abeena Ibraheema haneefan musliman, Waama kana

minal-mushrikeen

Morning Azkar

We rise upon the fitrah of Islaam, and the word of pure faith,

and upon the religion of our Prophet Muhammad and the

religion of our forefather Ibraheem, who was a Muslim and of

true faith and was not of those who associate others with Allaah

اصـبحنا علـى فطـرة الاسلام وعلـى كلـمة 7الاخـلاص وعلـى دين نبـينا محـمد صلى الله � � �

Allahumma bika asbahna wabika amsayna, Wabika nahya

,wabika namootu wa-ilaykan-nushoor

O Allah, by Your leave we have reached the evening and by Your

leave we have reached the morning, by Your leave we live and

die and unto You is our return

Trimidhi

اللهـم بك اصـبحنا، وبك � 7 � امسـينا، وبك نحـيا، وبك 7

نمـوت والـيك الـنشـور Z

O Allah, I rose up in the morning with blessings, strength and

concealment (of my shortcomings), all of which are from You.

So complete all the blessings and strength from You and the

concealment for me in this life and the hereafter

Allahumma inni asbahtu minka ,Fi nimatin wa afiyatin wa sitr, fa

atimma alayya ni'mataka ,Wa afiyataka wa sitraka fi al dunya wa

al akhira

khalqik, Faminka wahdaka la shareeka lak, Falakal-hamdu

walakash-shukr

O Allah, what blessing I or any of Your creation have risen upon,

is from You alone, without partner, so for You is all praise and

unto You all thanks

affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and

set at ease my dismay. O Allah, preserve me from the front and from

behind and on my right and on my left and from above, and I take

refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth

Allahumma innee as-alukal aa'fitah fid-dunya wal-akhirah,

Allahumma innee as-alukal-aa'fwa wal-aa'fiyah, Fee deenee

wazinata aa'rshih, wamidada kalimatih

How perfect Allah is and I praise Him by the number of His

creation and His pleasure, and by the weight of His throne, and

the ink of His words

Bismil-lahil-lazee la-ydur-ru ma'aas-mihi shay-on fil-ardi wala fis-

sama-i wahuwas-sameeul-aa'leem

In the name of Allah with whose name nothing is harmed on

earth nor in the heavens and He is The All-Seeing, The All-

Knowing.

بسـم الله الذي لا يضـر مع Z � اسمـه شيء في الارض ولا في 7

السمـاء وهـو السمـيع العلـيم � �

‘O Allah, I take refuge in You lest I should commit shirk with You

has the right to be worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from

the evil of my soul and from the evil and shirk of the devil, and from

committing wrong against my soul or bringing such upon another

O Ever Living,O Self-Subsisting & Supporter of all, by Your mercy

I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs & do not leave

me to myself, even for the blink of an eye

O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except

You, You created me and I am Your servant and I abide to Your

covenant and promise as best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of

O Allah, ily I have reached the morning and call on You, the bearers of

Your throne, Your angles, and all of Your creation to witness that You

are Allah, ne has the right to be worshipped except You, alone, without

partner and that Muhammad is Your Servant and Messenger

O Allah, grant my body health, O Allah, grant my hearing health, O

Allah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped

except You , O Allah, I take refuge with You from disbelief and poverty,

& I take refuge with You from the punishment of the grave. None has

the right to be worshipped except You

Allahumma aa'fi-nee fee badanee, Allahumma a'fi-nee fee

sam'ee, Allahumma aa'fi-nee fee basa'ree, la ilaha illa-ant,

Allahumma innee aa'oozu-bika minal-kufr, wal-faqr, Wa-aa'oo-

zu-bika min aazaabil-qabr, la ilaha illa-ant

Allahumma innee as-aluka khayra ha-zal-yawm, Fat-hahu, wa-

nas-rahu,wa-noo-rahu, wa-baraka-tahu,wahu-dahu, Wa-

aa'oozu-bika min sharrima feehi wa-shar-ri ma baa'dah

We have reached the morning and at this very time all

sovereignty belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds. O Allah, I ask

You for the good of this day, its triumphs and its victories, its

light & its blessings and its guidance, and I take refuge in You

from the evil of this day and the evil that follows it.
