Inspiration

• Wanted to break free from restrictions– Previous jobs were strict

with drawing– Had to always draw based

on guidelines• Wanted to show freedom

within his work

Purpose• Comical/cynical viewpoints– Believes humans are full of contradictions

• Firm stance against animal cruelty– Animals getting along with humans is ironic

– Animals get along even though humans cause so much destruction

– Compares it to “children being forced to hold hands with Hitler, who just exterminated their parents.”
