The MSU Appalachian Horse Revival Show is conducted according to the rules of WHOA – HIO and Breed Affiliations.

A person on suspension, whether federal or any HIO, for HPA violations may not transport horses to this show and may participate only as a spectator.

Warning: Under Kentucky law, a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional or other person does not have the duty to eliminate all risks of participation in farm animal activities. There are inherent risks of injury that you voluntarily accept if you participate in farm animal activities.

Each entry at this show shall constitute an agreement that the person making it, owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, rider, and the horse shall be subject to the rules of the Walking Horse Owners Association (WHOA), Breed Affiliations and the local rules of the show, and that every horse and rider is eligible as entered. The owner and any of his/her representatives are bound by the rules of the WHOA and/or Breed Affilia-tions and accept as final their decisions as well as those of the show management of this show. Where any conflict may arise between HPA Enforcement Rules of WHOA and/or Breed Affiliations (including decisions regarding those rules and their enforcement) and any other rules which might be applied by show management, WHOA’s rules and decisions shall always prevail.

WHOA, Breed Affiliations and Show Management do not assume any liability for injury to horse, exhibitors, or spectators or for loss or damage to property or for any accident or theft occurring at this show. Mandato-ry signing of this entry form waives any future claim against WHOA, Breed Affiliations or Show Management of this show as well as their agents and any sponsoring organizations or sponsors. I hereby certify that every horse is eligible as entered and I make these entries at my own risk and subject to the rules of WHOA, Breed Affiliations and this show.
