InnoSealer Product Knowledge

The InnoSealer is a unique system which uses tape and paper to provide a tamper evident closure to bags.

The closure will seal most bag types, including Poly and Poly/Mesh combo bags.

The closure will hold up to a 10 lb bag.

Attaches a virtual airtight seal which preserves product freshness.

Inside the sealer you will find a movable wheel, cutting blade, wheel stop and the tape/paper bases which house the rolls.

InnoSeal Product Comparison

Page 17: More information about InnoSeal Systems

1. Load tape sticky side up - tape end hangs outside the casing

2. Paper travels through the paper channel into one of the wheel ports

3. Advance the wheel counter clockwise until the paper fits into one of the ports

4. Close the machine

Note: The first seal is lost, as the tape must attach to the paper. You have correctly fitted the new paper and tape roll if on the second closing you have a tape and paper seal. If not, then retrace above steps.

Q. How do I change the rolls in my InnoSealer Machine?

Q. Does the InnoSealer need to be cleaned?

Yes, the machine should be cleaned every 7,000 - 10,000 closures. Spray and or wipe adhesive tape cleaner or mild cleanser on the inside of the InnoSealer Machine and wipe away any residue that may exist.

This maintenance routine will keep your InnoSealer machine fit and ready for another sealing cycle.

This problem can be resolved by opening the InnoSealer machine and reinserting the paper into the feed wheel.
