Login to Moodle 3.5 Upgraded Moodle can be accessed from Webspace by clicking on “Access Course Material”
banner. Then click “Moodle version 3.5”
Key in your APKey and password (email username and password)
and click on “LOGIN” button.
“I’m not a robot” must be ticked before “Login” is being clicked
Login to Moodle 2.9 Existing Moodle can still be accessed from Webspace by clicking on
“Access Course Material” banner. Then click “Moodle version 2.9”
Key in your Webspace ID and password and click on “Login” button.

New Features Moodle Mobile app: login to mobile app:
1- Enter Moodle address(link) which is https://lms2.apiit.edu.my to connect APU Moodle mobile app.

New Features Easier activity navigation: along with drop down menus make navigating around other links easier and
more intuitive.
New Features Top header Menu: allow the user to access all other needed application provided by Webspace directly
without navigating to Webspace page.
New Features Improved Global search: search box at the header where user can search for course anywhere in Moodle
without browsing search page.

Module listed based on class
duration:
In progress: list of current classes
Future: list of upcoming classes
Past: view past classes according to
the end date.
Note: the intake specific links will
be accessible until six months after
class end date.
New Features Dashboard: Completion tracking
If enabled, activity completion is tracked, either manually or automatically, based on certain conditions. Multiple conditions may be set if desired. If so, the activity will only be considered complete when ALL conditions are met.
A tick next to the activity name on the course page indicates when the activity is complete.

New Course Structure
Separation of main module and intake specific
Each Module has two type of link:
1. Main module link consist of module name and module code
Link format is <module name> (<module code>)
Module leader name is being displayed under the link
2. Intake specific consist of module name, class start month and year and lecturer code
Link format is <module name> (<MMYYYY>-<lecturer code>)
Class lecturer name is being displayed under the link
